I did not like the fact that booking does not let you know how much extra it is when you check in. What I booked was for $256 which said total cost but when I checked in it was $408.

Location is great, it was a quick uber ride to the Disney Parks. We saved a lot of money compared to staying at a Disney hotel. The facilities here are great, I couldn't believe how big the place was! The pools are big and there's plenty of places to get a bite to eat or a drink. They have a shuttle service to help you get to your room with your bags which was super helpful. The beds were comfortable, the lounge and kitchen were well appointed and the bathroom was well set up. Everything was very clean and tidy with all the mod cons you could need. We also loved the local squirrels hanging around

The bar/restaurant closest to our room closed very early and after a long day at the parks this would have been very handy. The breakfast could have been better - it was billed as being an amazing breakfast so this was a bit of a let down. We loved the hotel though - these were very minor things

I had stayed at this resort a few times 10-15 years ago so I was excited to return and see if it was still as good as I remember. The Sheraton actually exceeded my expectations on how I remember it. From start to finish the whole stay was exceptional. We arrived a few hours early but the girl who checked us in found us a room ready and was very friendly and helpful. We had the 1 bed villa and it's insane how much space you get. The 1 bed could comfortably fit 4 people. Room was very clean, tidy and they come with lots of storage space for clothes etc. You have washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, hob/stove, fridge and microwave - everything you will need. The facilities are out of this world with a choice of 5-6 different pools, tennis courts, gyms, mini golf, restaurants, bars more. Another bonus is free parking and all areas of the resort are gated with security access so you feel very safe. You can use the free shuttle service to get around the resort as it is quite big. Location wise 10 mins from Disney and max 15 mins to universal. You have a mini store/supermarket on site as well with Starbucks, food, drinks, clothes, toys etc - very handy. This place is perfect for families with kids and large groups. Will definitely be back!

My only (very small) disappointment was there used to be 3 arcades around the resort and they're all gone now! Every room was empty so maybe just renovating right now.

Clean, spacious and well equipped 2-bedroomed apartment. Very comfortable beds. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries. Washer and dryer very useful. Nice to have both regular and decaf filter coffee packets. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery to suit our needs. Our apartment was cleaned etc on the 3rd day of our 4 night stay. The resort is huge! We visited Zimmies restaurant which was quite good. Not excellent but reasonable for choice and quality. We visited a couple of the activity centres and were a bit disappointed that most activities cost extra. Mini golf for example was $10. The heated swimming pools were fantastic with lots of sunbeds. The location of the resort is OK, close enough to the parks but other resorts are closer and walking to the parks is possible staying in them. The resort has beautiful well kept grounds and we had a couple of lovely walks around the resort.

The market place shop is outrageously expensive. Avoid it if you can. Paying extra for activities was extremely disappointing. And why no Netflix etc available to log into on the TV! No channels watsoever to watch. Shame on you Sheraton/Marriot - everyone like to watch something on TV! The folks revving their car engines outside the apartment late at night wasn't welcome. And it happened on 3 nights. Where were your security?

Spacious and lots of facilities within walking distance. The suite was fully equipped, clean with everything working and well maintained and clean.

We were allocated a suite next to the main road - awful noisy and dark and smelling of damp. We had to ask to be relocated. We also had a call in departure day to see concierge. We delayed our travel to visit - only to be told we “qualify” for a return visit at a cost of $250 that we were asked to pay in advance. Complete waste of our time and disappointingly manipulative and desperate for a hotel chain.

this visit I didn’t think the cleaning was very good, I knew there wouldn’t be housekeeping every day but in the 10 days we stayed they only came twice and then only the beds and towels were changed, I didn’t feel like the bathrooms had been touched at all, it’s not nice to be away and the facilities are not as clean as your own home.The sofa bed was really uncomfortable and the second double bed was broken.Everywhere was very dusty.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas is THE place to stay in Orlando for our family. This was our third time staying here in a few years. The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable and very useful for especially long stays with a full kitchen, separate bedrooms, a nice living room and 2 full bathrooms. The balcony is also netted so no chance of bug stings. The hotel staff were always friendly with “Welcome Home” attitudes. Especially Robert was our hero of our check out day with his helpful and comforting attitude in fitting our 11 luggages in our rented car.

Charges for mail/package deliveries were a bit on the high side but the manager Mark was quite helpful in solving our issue.

I loved that the property was gated and secure. I loved the Villa itself. All of the in room amenities such as the full refrigerator, stove with oven, and microwave was provided, amongst other kitchen necessities. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and move around. Oh let's not forget the washer and dryer provided. I instantly fell in love with the location. It's also located near so many stores and restaurants as well as the Disney parks.

The only thing I did not like was the checkout process. You drop your keys in a basket and then go stand in another line for a "departure gift" which was a shutterfly coupon code. The checkout process was not stated when checking in, which had me standing in line for more than 5 mintues for the man to finally say if your checking out drop the key in the basket and go stand in another long line.

We have stayed at this resort many times over the years with our young children , who are now adults and they all still love this resort , now we are staying with our grandchildren The apartments are beautiful , plenty space in a 2 bed for a family Well equipped and clean Great choice of pools although we prefer the Fountain pool , only down side of this pool is the choice of food is not great and could definately be better Location is fantastic Close to Disney parks and Disney Spring Will be back for sure
