I did not like the fact that booking does not let you know how much extra it is when you check in. What I booked was for $256 which said total cost but when I checked in it was $408.

The family and I absolutely loved our stay at the shirt and just the resort. There's really nothing to complain about. I did set the fire alarms off by cooking bacon, so that I did read a little later that it's easy for them to go off but not a bad thing. The only thing we ever had to ask for us some paper towels and dish soap. But honestly it was clean, the staff. Look great to resort pools were fantastic. The food was averaged to good, so there's no 5 star restaurants there, but to be it. I expected. Had a fantastic time.

wasnt a dislike but...the only thing I would say if I had to pick something is, my family, and I love mini Golf, and course there was a lot of fun but full of leafs and other stuff. Always had to sweep stuff away with foot. Purchase a blower and blow it off a couple times a day. Since it also a time share property, at check in they send tou to get your parking pass at a different counter (10 steps away) lol but its really for them to push you coming for a timeshare sale, they offer 200.00 cash for your time. I only had to say not interested twice so not bad.

We have stayed many times over the last 15 years. They are made some nice upgrades to the resort and villas as it has looked a little tired last visit some tears ago. However, it’s always very clean. A great family vibe, with great amenities, providing secure and big self catering living spaces. Along with this you have housekeeping that is amazing. We received prompt responses to all requests/needs. The Sheraton is simply a wonderful location for families of all sizes and ages, with great value for money.

The staff at the Welcome Center showed exceptional hospitality, even though we arrived late at night. After a long day at Disney, his warm welcome was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much!

When we arrived, toilet paper rolls and body soap were missing from the room. Since we were only staying for a few hours, we didn’t request them, but it was definitely inconvenient. That said, everything else in the room was well thought out—we could feel the care from the staff member who prepared it. So close!

This is the 4th time that I have chosen to stay at this resort and it has never disappointed. As a family of 5 we always choose their 2 bedroom rooms and they always meet our needs. This particular room was placed close to their main amenities hub so my kids and I were able to walk to the pool.

My only complaint was their concierge was lacking. While all their other areas in their lobby was staffed with 2 or more employees, their concierge had only one employee. Their line was 3 people long and really, someone should have either come over to help or called for another concierge employee.

Location is great, it was a quick uber ride to the Disney Parks. We saved a lot of money compared to staying at a Disney hotel. The facilities here are great, I couldn't believe how big the place was! The pools are big and there's plenty of places to get a bite to eat or a drink. They have a shuttle service to help you get to your room with your bags which was super helpful. The beds were comfortable, the lounge and kitchen were well appointed and the bathroom was well set up. Everything was very clean and tidy with all the mod cons you could need. We also loved the local squirrels hanging around

The bar/restaurant closest to our room closed very early and after a long day at the parks this would have been very handy. The breakfast could have been better - it was billed as being an amazing breakfast so this was a bit of a let down. We loved the hotel though - these were very minor things

Clean, spacious and well equipped 2-bedroomed apartment. Very comfortable beds. Large bathrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries. Washer and dryer very useful. Nice to have both regular and decaf filter coffee packets. Kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery to suit our needs. Our apartment was cleaned etc on the 3rd day of our 4 night stay. The resort is huge! We visited Zimmies restaurant which was quite good. Not excellent but reasonable for choice and quality. We visited a couple of the activity centres and were a bit disappointed that most activities cost extra. Mini golf for example was $10. The heated swimming pools were fantastic with lots of sunbeds. The location of the resort is OK, close enough to the parks but other resorts are closer and walking to the parks is possible staying in them. The resort has beautiful well kept grounds and we had a couple of lovely walks around the resort.

The market place shop is outrageously expensive. Avoid it if you can. Paying extra for activities was extremely disappointing. And why no Netflix etc available to log into on the TV! No channels watsoever to watch. Shame on you Sheraton/Marriot - everyone like to watch something on TV! The folks revving their car engines outside the apartment late at night wasn't welcome. And it happened on 3 nights. Where were your security?

Spacious and lots of facilities within walking distance. The suite was fully equipped, clean with everything working and well maintained and clean.

We were allocated a suite next to the main road - awful noisy and dark and smelling of damp. We had to ask to be relocated. We also had a call in departure day to see concierge. We delayed our travel to visit - only to be told we “qualify” for a return visit at a cost of $250 that we were asked to pay in advance. Complete waste of our time and disappointingly manipulative and desperate for a hotel chain.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas is THE place to stay in Orlando for our family. This was our third time staying here in a few years. The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable and very useful for especially long stays with a full kitchen, separate bedrooms, a nice living room and 2 full bathrooms. The balcony is also netted so no chance of bug stings. The hotel staff were always friendly with “Welcome Home” attitudes. Especially Robert was our hero of our check out day with his helpful and comforting attitude in fitting our 11 luggages in our rented car.

Charges for mail/package deliveries were a bit on the high side but the manager Mark was quite helpful in solving our issue.

We have stayed at this resort many times over the years with our young children , who are now adults and they all still love this resort , now we are staying with our grandchildren The apartments are beautiful , plenty space in a 2 bed for a family Well equipped and clean Great choice of pools although we prefer the Fountain pool , only down side of this pool is the choice of food is not great and could definately be better Location is fantastic Close to Disney parks and Disney Spring Will be back for sure
