Love the breakfast! Hot eggs and sausage available every day with yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, muffins and waffles! Yum! Kitchenette was awesome! Had a full-size fridge with literally everything we needed like plates, cookware, etc. Double-thermostat was cool. Housekeeping staff was SUPER sweet, always polite and friendly. Super close to SO MANY restaurants and fun things to do. I would definitely come here again. Looks like the kind of place that people come for their annual vacation with their families.

Towels were terribly uncomfortable. Could do a better job trying to manage large puddles after it rains. Grab a squeegee! Just a minor inconvenience. Also, housekeeping with most hotels keeps their carts to the side when turning over a room. It was challenging making our multiple trips to the car after checkout because housekeeping parked their cart in the middle of the walkway!

It was ok,they never came to clean our room for the whole 9 days we were there..The gaps under the door was weird..The breakfast was ok ,the washer smelled like dirty socks..Smelled like Marijuana everyday..Honestly spend alil more and get something thats gonna be cleaned daily and doesn't have to smell like weed .The pool will make your hair fall out just an fyi...YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK AT THE HOTEL EVEN THOUGH YOU BOOK A ROOM THERE..MAKES NO SENSE..Than your told safest place to park your car is only in the front which is always packed.Back of the building has no lights...

Marijuana smelled everywhere,room wasn't cleaned not once.For spending 1200 + dollars it should of been better....Oh and you have to pay to park there $85...If your paying for a room you would think parking would be free but NOPE...

We enjoyed the spacious room with 2 closets and 2 dressers. Nice kitchen area with full size refrigerator. Liked the large warm pool and hot tub. Requested 1st floor and received.

There were no luggage carts for guest to use, so multiple trips back and forth to the car but saw maintenance staff using carts. Bathroom was extremely small, had to maneuver next to sink area to close the door. The interior area of the hotel is nice, but parking and surrounding area is questionable.

The location is nearby Disney. Have a wonderful week with the family. The pool and pool bar were the best. The breakfast is good as well.

When you call the front desk, no one answer it took long. Due to fact that fire when off at 6 am two days straight. Also, I only called once for no service due to the fact that I was going to stay in room the whole day. Then the last two days they were not providing this service. The only little things are details that the shower curtain was a little already run down or destroyed, and bedsheet had little holes in them, but everything else was good.

I think the hotel is good value for money and I would defintely return

Note the shuttle collects once per day at specific times (to and from theme parks), makes stops at serveral resorts and currently only goes to Hollywood for Disney. If the times dont suit you, you will need to make your own way. Breakfast unfortunately offers mostly highly processed foods and as others have said its a small dining space so you may not always get a seat and they dont allow food to be taken back to the room. The washing machines need to be cleaned by housekeep once a week please - we wiped thick black slime from the drum tubing and found coins, plastic bags and other bits and pieces caught in there. The knives in our room were blunt and there cld have been a few more crockery dishes for those doing self-catering.

I the cleanliness of the property. I also like that the hotel was surrounded by a variety of food options. I really liked that they offered free shuttle service to various Disney associated attractions.

It’s not so much a dislike just a suggestion. The pool should stay open to at least midnight instead of closing at 11pm. Giving more opportunities to enjoy the pool. Second as an adult the bar should stay open to at least 1am. Giving those adults traveling with children who enjoy the bar setting a chance to relax and unwind and have adult time away from the kids.

The rooms were clean, friendly staff, towels were always full, easy to get to off 192, great free breakfast. Free washer and dryers in the laundry room!!! Complete stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, dish liquid, paper towels, and dishwasher pods.

The breakfast was great but there weren't enough places to sit for the amount of people that were eating and signs were up stating no to go breakfast so we (family of 7) had to stand. The laundry room had free washer and dryers which is fantastic! However several were out of order.

Quite a good breakfast with alot to choose from. The suite was very spacious. I liked having full appliances and microwaveable dishes. Also, living room space was quite comfortable. The pool area looked really nice however I didn’t get to experience it due to time constraints

The AC in the bedroom was very loud and the bedroom TV didn’t work. Also I asked for wheelchair accessible room and I got the 3rd floor which was very hard for my husband to get around in his wheel chair. Also the walkways on the 3rd floor was wet and had a lot of damage areas which made the hotel look really run down. Also lots of kids in the pool after hours, which should be really for adults.

The location of the property is close to all parks and activities. After extensive research, this was the best value for the size of the room(s). We had 4 beds with 2 bathrooms. I chose it for the location, size, and the free breakfast. They offer daily housekeeping which is rare these days.

We ran out of toilet paper and had to use paper towels. I’m not sure why they can’t leave an extra roll for each bathroom. I didn’t like the sales pitch at check in, but a simple no thank you was all that was needed.

Loved that our room was a 2 bed 2 bath with living room and kitchen. Close to Old Town and the good trucks. The beds were comfy!!

The breakfast area was super busy on the weekend and not enough seating. The pictures show a coke machine in the breakfast area which would have been perfect for my partner as he doesn’t drink coffee or tea but it was covered up and not in use. The room itself could use a little updating. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on.
