Location and resort are very nice. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly and responsive.

The specific 3 bedroom unit we stayed was less than "fantastic". The view was nice, but the unit was older, smelled musty and the kitchen was small with minimal dollar store quality utensils. I wish the resort would either maintain the putt-putt course better or install quality turf - it was mainly sand.

I love the lobby! The facilities are always immaculate- the staff if so friendly and always on point.

I thought the food was a bit expensive for the serving portions in some restaurants. The coffee shop is an awesome addition but it’s pricey - for example- if I want to buy just tea bags they should not be 4 dollars each (no water and no cup) and a refill for the coffee shouldn’t cost as much as the original coffee. Should be allowed one refill included. We spent a fortune there. The food and beverages were just really costly and the constant tipping - but we love the property and appreciate such good choices close by!

Wonderful family spot with huge condos that afford room and privacy for a large family or families. Beautiful views of the ocean from our unit - and a beautiful golf course, too. Lots of activities for all ages. There are not too many dining out options as there were only 2 restaurants and one was always booked so we ended up at the pub - it was nice, the food was good and the service was very kind. The units have fully equiped kitchens so cooking for a large family is a good option. Overall it was a lovely family reunion.

Location was excellent and overall facilities were good to excellent. Lobby staff was very accommodating and addressed all of my concerns in a professional manner. Exceptional golf course and facilities.

Guest indoor parking is limited and dirty. Staff at lobby coffee shop was not accommodative to guest of color. Limited supply of daily papers. No on-site laundry facilities for guest.

Very spacious 3br condo, clean. Good selection of dining onsite and staff was very friendly

When the weekend came around, the noise in the condo building greatly increased with more guests on property. It sounded like moving furniture above us until midnight and the echos of people yelling in the building commons was pretty loud.

Always love it ! Alot of Amenities. The Sushi , Delfinos & Atlantic Grille are the Best. Spa is a definite visit. Beautiful & Relaxing. The only Reason I didnt give a 10 is we have been coming here since 2010/2011. It needs updating on the outside. We live locally & love coming here.

The Buildings / patios need updated/ painted for sure.

Beautiful and located on the beach

The parking garage was small and no parking space. Shower handle fell off while turning on, the maintenance guy did come immediately to fix. Hair left in bathtub from previous tenants.

I really liked the ocean view and the Italian restaurant, Delfinos. I especially liked the comfort of the room and how it resembled a harbor style theme. The lobby had a beautiful layout and design. My fiancé and I loved our time together at Hammock Resort.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and it was spacious and beautiful view.

This is our second time here and both times I have arrived at 4:00pm and the rooms have never been ready on time. First time the room was delayed 45 minutes, no big deal I went to the bar and grabbed a drink. This time my room was not ready till 6:00pm 2 hours later of the expected checkin time, huge deal when traveling with little ones who are already tired from the road trip. In addition they DO NOT compensate that time at checkout, they simply apologize and told me No Late checkout availability at the moment which seem pretty unfair. The rooms also need some upkeep and maintenance both times I have found either loose screws, or something not functioning right.!

The grill restaurant was very expensive and food not very good. Also we were sat at a dirty table with used cutlery and glasses. Would not recommend
