Complimentary breakfast and pool

The 3 hour power outage we experienced 05/24/2025 we arrived at the hotel at 8:45 pm it was a blackout we almost missed the entrance it was so dark. The front doors were locked we didn’t know what was going on until the front clerk let us in to start check in process I was frustrated 😣 I had my family we had just left the beach full of sand and water and just wanted to shower

Inspite of hurricane coming towards Florida our room was available.We had reserved about a month in advance, which was a big plus as I heard other hotels gave away reservations to people affected by hurricanes So that when the person who had reservation had no place to stay. Appreciated ours was there waiting for us. We even got there a day early to escape hurricane and was able to get a room without any problems. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I liked everything, so nothing negative to say.

Breakfast was great. They refilled everything in a timely manner.

I saw some bed bugs in our bed. We stayed 5 nights and only had room service on the first night. There are so many fleas by the pool area. We got a nonsmoking room but the people next door were smoking in there room so as soon as we opened the door we could smell the smoke due to them smoking with the door open.

Been close to my family, I haven’t seen in 15 years

I had booked my room weeks before arrival, and I was to have a pool view. But I was put in the room in front of the laundry room. And the girl that checked me in wasn’t very friendly. But everyone else was great

My stay was very relaxing. The price was perfect, exactly what was advertised. No bait and switch like other hotels. The staff was very friendly. I witnessed a very rude customer prior to my check in and the staff remained very professional during the entire interaction.

The parking was my only issue. The parking spaces get filled fast after a certain time.

Breakfast was great!!! Pool was freshly cleaned. Very quiet and beds are super comfortable!

The cleaning could be much better in the rooms. Bathroom shower was dirty and moldin the top right corner of shower. When the floor got wet from kids coming in from pool it made the floor super dirty which was disgusting. Toilet clogged

Pool was nice maybe like a couple grills outside and also better breakfast every one was waiting on waffle maker but great price and great staff.

We wash are clothes and the washer left are clothes soaking wet and dryer took like $5 to dry it because it took forever but everything was ok .

It was a great hotel for a short stay. We enjoyed the facilities and the pool. We traveled for a basketball tournement and it was in the perfect place. It was only a short drive to all gyms we had to attend games. We also enjoyed how close of a drive it was to enjoy Panama City Beach as well.

Breakfast is included & it was GREAT also a variety of things. The receptionist was great, got locked out of my room a couple times in the same day lol she was very patient & helpful. Not sure of her name but I went for my Birthday check in time on the 25 left that Sunday.

Rooms could be more clean & tidy

All around very friendly, helpful and attentive staff. I was allowed to check in an hour early. Convenient when traveling with a pet.

Everything was good. Breakfast could have been a little healthier, e.g., more fresh fruits.
