Wonderful, wonderful staff. The room was perfect for one night stay. Everything is comfortable and bathroom is large. breakfast is OK—I’ve had better but the young lady who worked the Breakfast was adorable and such a hard worker! The desktop extremely friendly and was delighted to meet our dogs and give them treats. A very friendly hotel with no smell previous pets in rooms. Location was almost on Indian river — only a block away but one has cross route 1 carefully first. Then one of the most beautiful walks is at your fingertips! Great area, food, tiki bars, music, and fun. Easily reach from hotel.

I hate being on route one and the driveway leaving the hotel had a very short but steep ramp that could muck up car, if not careful.

Breakfast was very good, but standard offerings. The hostess was exceptionally accommodating and thoughtful. Kept everything well stocked and very clean! She even offered the guest there, a hot strawberry tart when they came out of the oven. She had impeccable people skills.

The elevator wasn't working on arrival, but was fixed that evening. Many rooms weren't cleaned at check in time 3:00 p.m.. It was 4 when our room became available. They just finished cleaning and the floor was still wet. The hallway outside our room was dirty, floors not vacuumed, (sand and maybe plaster?).

I was pleasantly surprised with what was within walking distance; much more than I initially thought. The staff working the breakfast buffet was very pleasant and eager to learn about the guests, which made my mornings much brighter. I also got two vouchers with my room key: one for a free drink at the restaurant at their sister resort restaurant, and another for a free hour of kayak or paddle board rental at the same location. I redeemed the latter and it was a real treat! I booked the room with the spa bath; it was quite the experience, though a bit tricky to figure out how to use.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed my second day due to a failed inspection. It can’t really be helped, but was still disappointing. The front desk associate who facilitated my check-in felt very cold and detached, which is never a good start to a trip.

The room was great all around. Very clean and a very good size. Pull out bed could use a new mattress, but the 2 queen beds were amazing and firm. Lighting was odd, but it did the job. I think it was because of the cool light Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard for BW, but the attendant was very helpful and nice. Give her a raise.

The staff was very nice. Room was big, location was wonderful. Breakfast was better than we anticipated and the host was SO SWEET. Pool was very nice and clean though we didn't have time to use it.

The only con was the blanket was very thin, they don't use comforters. I would and will still stay again, just would bring my own blanket.

Great location as we were vising the children/grandchild jut 10 minutes from there. Room was actually a suite adjacent to an exit door on the bottom floor. Perfect as one of us has a walking disability. Breakfast was great. The staff were terrific. Highly recommended.

The beds are super comfy, and the bathroom is beautiful. The shower had excellent pressure. It looks like the room was recently renovated. We really enjoyed the new espresso machine in the lobby, and I was glad to see a Keurig coffee maker in the room! The complimentary breakfast was also outstanding as well as a savings. They have real scrambled eggs and bacon, plus a waffle maker!

The air conditioning unit in our room made the temperature nicely cool, but it also raised the humidity making the carpet damp and strange to walk upon with bare feet.

Excellent breakfast provided every day. Different choices every day. Shannon did an excellent job keeping items stocked and the breakfast area clean. The elevator was quiet. clean and fast. THere was a glitch in our reservations, but I persevered and the front desk finally figured it all out and we got the room we had booked.

The hotel rooms were .... damp and cold. Despite the temperature, they had such a musty feeling to them.

The Breakfast was awesome, plenty of choices to eat. The pool was a little small but it was still a good relaxing time. I also really appreciated how helpful and nice the team staff there were. Overall it was a great experience for the Family.

I do wish the tvs were more updated with HDMI connections. Being able to bring a blu ray or playstation to play something movie or game would be awesome to be able to do. Especially for our 3 yo who loves watching youtube to go to sleep.

Staff was excellent, and lobby coffee machine was nice.

Very expensive. Air conditioning didn’t work well, and breakfast is mostly junk food.
