The room was very clean and convenient to the beach on one side and the other side of the room was a pool .. yay The room service was fantastic clean towels and cleaned up the kitchen Ty ..

Everything is just spread and out lot of walking in the heat to get to the other building and back of course I believe there should be a shuttle waiting ! The maps to get you to your destination need to be updated like the ‘spa’ a member of the staff show me where it was. To much walking around to enjoy the relaxing of a vacation No not again ..

All the area available, heated pools and activities daily.

Expensive, food expensive, adult pool and hot tub just below our room were closed yet from the hurricane.

Location was excellent. We did not rent a car and were able to walk, uber or catch the trolley without issue. The beach was beautiful, clean and great sand. Love that you can walk out into the ocean and see the bottom!! We also enjoyed the ability to reserve a cabana each day and the resort activities are endless. The ability to book excursions and leave from the beach were so helpful! All staff was upbeat and friendly. Great place to stay for all ages and all types of groups.

Only issue when booking through a third-party, you should ensure when it lists "BALCONY" room that you find out from the resort directly if you will have a regular balcony vs princess balcony. Third Party booking sites will advertise both versions of the "balcony" rooms at the same rates. When we checked in the staff did their best to explain that issue and were able to offer some extra perks for the unfortunate communication issue with the third party booking.

The beach was excellent. However you can book only one cabana per room per day without paying extra and there's 3 of us.so one person didn't have a place to relax. The mattress on the sofa as well as rollaway bed was very uncomfortable . Staff were nice, though, and facilities were clean We also had a small kitchen and a big fridge which was helpful

At booking my room was advertised as 3 people suit. When I came there, they told me that I would have to pay extra to be moved into a suit that accommodates a rollaway bed. The mattresses on both rollaway bed and sofa bed were horrible. It's like sleeping on rocks

WE ARE TOTALLY COMING BACK! Outdoor activities were wonderful. S'mores over a huge bonfire. Huge comfortable couchs with little table firea. Bar and pool area was fun, and relaxing. The ocean was so close that and was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets are to die for. I was at AWE!

The front bar and restaurant, Rumfish restaurant, wouldn't let us dine there. It was 6pm and very few people were dining. The bar was good, good food, but it seemed like if it wasn't busy, then they worked like snail pace. There is only 1 outdoor bathroom. By the pool. There needs to be a big change/ bathroom for their guests to change and use the bathroom. Definitely more than two stalls. Family's coming with their children and only have 2 stalls to us and share with the rest of the people staying there.

I love all the amenities they provided and the fact that they are right on the beach was amazing. Loved the glow night even though we did not get to do it Maybe make this a whole weekend activity

The fact that some of the amenities you had to pay extra for. The cost to do some of the activities seemed pricey. Language barrier was difficult with some of the staff. I tried to call the front desk at least dozen times to no answer.

Staff actitivities weren't so helpfully specially at night time with smores activities.

The hotel is part of a bigger complex and we had access to 8 pools, whirlpools and other infrastructure for free. Nice animations, without getting too intrusive. Music every night really got is into holiday mood and the cocktails are great. The Italian restaurant at the partner hotel is great and the staff at the Gulfside Kitchen was super friendly. The Gym is great, best we have seen during our 3 weeks in the US.

Nothing really. The room sure could be a bit bigger.

The location of the property is excellent, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. One of those beachy souvenir stores and A 7-Eleven is right across the street for drinks and snacks. The rum fish resort is part of the tradewinds group so you get access to all resort buildings for activities and amenities. After a quick walk-through, I discovered that I did prefer rum fish, it was less crowded than the island grand, which is a much bigger building. They give you a weekly schedule when you check in so you know what’s going on, we only did the touch tank experience and the big beach slide, both were fun, beside that we spent our entire days on the beach,, but it seemed like it would be good for kids lots to do.

To be honest, I thought it was a little pricey to stay there. If you are just going for the beach like we did, and not going to take advantage of the amenities, you can get a better deal somewhere else. But if you have small kids and are going to be using all of those things, I guess it would make sense.

I liked the location. Being on the beach staff attentive to requests. We asked for an upgrade and received one foe a minimum amount there were few guests here during our stay but there was limited seating by the pool. Possibly this was because of the hurricane

The worst was finding a gratuity added to our drink bill at the beach. ( and we had added an additional tip) After that we had all our meals and drinks somewhere else. I think you should reconsider the sense of doing this. We didn’t spend additional money here not even coffees
