The location and they kept your luggage safely until long after check out. The reception staff were polite and helpful.

The breakfast was not worth 22.00 each. It was a TOTAL FAILURE. We had to pay an additional price if ww wanted eggs We were soooo disappointed. We had to take an UBER to look for a real good affordable breakfast. We went to First Watch Restaurant and the breakfast was WOW! I also find that the hotel should ban the room cleaners from asking for tips or thanking people in advance for tips. It is their job and the hotel is expensive.

Check in and check out process was very easy. Loved the closeness to Sawgrass Mills, it's a ver short walk to the mall. Staff members guided us around on events going on the 4th of July and near by places.

The room was not clean enough for my taste. I did find some dust balls on the corners and the bathroom was a bit rusty around the edges. It doesn't have a pool, It would be perfect for a family with kids to have a one so they could stay there while an adult goes shopping.

I would like to make a special mention of Mr. Gonzalez who above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I. We both were celebrating our birthday and the mood was set by your Hotel. The ladies in the kitchen All did a tremendous job. Thank you we will be returning. Tammy Peak

There was nothing I didn’t like EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!!!

The location is perfect. The frontline staff were very nice. The housekeeping staff are great. Sawgrass Mall is next door. Walmart. Publix. Ross Dress for less and places to eat are nearby as well. That was my second stay and I was completely satisfied.

The room was very clean which is very important. The bed and pillows were nice. Also, the room temperature was good. Definitely would stay again; I highly recommend it. Worth the stay.

There was some confusion with my credit card. Their system would change the expiration date and it would not go thru. This caused some confusion at the front desk. In the end, the manager was able to charge the account with the card present. Thanks so much!

Beautiful design European decor, clean clean clean hotel,my only problem was the noise, when some close ,or open their room.Beside that ,bartenders are very professional, both the men and women ,the woman bartender she so sweet and nice.But breakfast in the money is disgusting, no flavor on the eggs, $ 20 is not worth it.The hotel can do better than that.I was so disappointed to see a beautiful hotel like that ,they don't have a full menu , food are disgusting, chickens are horrible, I have to be honest with you guys.Hire a professional culinary chef ,who know how to cook.Who ever is on the kitchen in the morning should know how to cook, because breakfast are horrible horrible. Beside that I enjoy the room,neutral color and great European 🇪🇺 decor

I don't like the food, horrible horrible, they should hire a professional culinary chef ,for that big classic restaurant, if they have a chef,he or she should be fired, because they didn't cook food,they cook garbage in the kitchen for real.

Room was good size, bathroom was awesome, shower was awesome love the 2 options. Staff were nice.

No shower gel the products weren't refilled, the blackout curtain could close all away so there was light coming in all night(the sign of the name of the hotel) and day. Couldn't sleep well.

New hotel, very clean, large room, comfortable bad. Great location next to the entry in the Sawgrass Mill outlet center

Breakfast was extremely poor. Literally 3 pieces of cheese and charcuterie on some plates, some yoghurt and boiled eggs.

Location, linens, bed, bathroom, shower, towels, toiletries.

The room was 68 degrees when we got there raised the temperature to 73 degrees and adjusted it again and finally right before we left it was 75 degrees. We stayed 2 nights the 3rd morning it was 75 degrees. I saw in the reviews that it was a problem for many people as well. We did have to bundle up. The convenience of location to the arena and availability factored into still getting the room even though knowing that the room could be cold.

Fabulous hotel only lacking is a pool. Gym area was perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast tho is not for an expensive stay. All in all it was a nice stay
