The breakfast was great and the guest service was very friendly

Parking was bad, not enough parking for guest and the streets where blocked to access the hotel no proper detour. I am not from Tallahassee had to go down many dead end scary streets to get to the back side of the hotel didn't feel safe on back road making u-turns as a female alone

Astonishingly good property. I’ve never stayed in a Hyatt House before, and it was not only beautiful, it was so roomy for my group of five. We had a small apartment at a discounted rate. We arrived at this hotel, which was very affordable priced, particularly following a stay at a $550/night stay in Savannah, GA. This lodging FAR exceeded that one in cleanliness, amenities, affordability, and customer service. Additionally, it was in a nice area, so close to the FSU campus, which we were in town to tour. If my daughter picks that school, we’ll stay in this specific property every parents weekend, etc. from now until graduation. If I ever have the opportunity to again stay in a Hyatt House, I will not hesitate to jump at the chance. 5/5 stars.

Not one thing. Every single thing exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast service is the worst among all Hyatt hotels. I like this hotel very much. But the breakfast service really needs to be improved. First of all, the time is very strange! The breakfast service is closed at 9:00 in the morning. And the variety of breakfast is the least among similar Hyatt hotels. And there is no hot water provided, and tea is not available at all. There are only two kinds of coffee

The location of the hotel is very quiet, and the elevator in the hotel has good safety facilities. The hotel service staff is very good. Especially Ja'liyah, she received me and left me a very good impression.

Location was central and excellent. Breakfast was superb with custom made omelets and the staff were excellent. The room was very nice with small exceptions: bathroom sink is set way too back, so for short people it would be difficult. The hand shower is also in a really bad position (manufacturer’s design fault) it is just far too high, I’m 5’8” and found it very difficult to turn on and off. TV was good but the Keurig coffee maker was touch and go.. Parking per day was very expensive.

I love this hotel. It is my preferred hotel when I drive my son to FSU or pick him up. The staff is so friendly and always very helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated and even the single rooms have a couch, which I especially love when i am there for more than one day. The property is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The hotel is located close to FAMU and is just minutes from FSU. I love the quirky Railroad Arts District where the hotel is located.

I would suggest having breakfast run until 11. I drive my son to FSU from South Florida and always arrive late. After the long drive I like to sleep in so I always miss breakfast.

Check in was a breeze, staff was super friendly and got us checked in quickly with no issues. Breakfast had a good variety and the are was clean and inviting.

A trash can in the breakfast area. Staff was quick to clean tables but it felt wrong just leaving our trash for someone else. I know it's their job but we would have gladly disposed of our trash if given the option.

The staff were nice, friendly,& helpful. Everything was nice & clean. The king suite with the sofa bed and kitchenette was cozy & comfortable. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t really get a chance to utilize the kitchen but it was ready for use with a cute little mini stove, fridge, dishes & cookware. They even had a mini bottle of dish detergent. The sofa bed was a small sectional and my 3 kids slept comfortably. Breakfast included was also a plus.

We were charged $15 for parking which I think is a rip off because we had to park our own vehicle & parking space is very limited. We were also charged twice for parking because we booked two rooms, but there was only one vehicle. So I had to call and request a refund, which I did receive. I would have liked to have more breakfast options & breakfast ended at 9 instead of 10 which seemed to have been an issue with other guests as well. We checked in around 8:30.We were a little bit disappointed that the bar closed at 9:30.

Location and it is a nice hotel

Phone kept waking us up during the night beeping. Had to unplug it and turn off hand set. There is construction going on in the area, which we understand. It’s going to look great once done. Noise wasn’t a problem from construction during our stay but regular vehicles that were louder woke us up a number of times during the night. The AC in our room even set at 64 didn’t feel 64. Maybe because we were the last room on the hallway? However, even with these issues we would most likely stay again.

I wish there was a bit more options for breakfast. Pancakes were kinda rubbery. I ended up eating granola and yogurt. Bacon would have been nice, or waffles. Even some kind of hash brown or potato would have been nice as well. Pastry options were very small as well. I know these are all personal preferences but things I’ve come to enjoy when choosing a hotel with breakfast options
