The room! Its was awesome! We were upgraded to a bigger room with a couch and it was sooo clean and comfortable

One of the elevators were broke and the other one was working overtime so it sounded like it was tired. Also, and this is most disappointing, there were no waffles for breakfast!! As a matter of fact, the breakfast was ok. Just ok

The breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of choices. The room was larger than we needed, but everything was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the internet did not work when we tried to print our boarding passes. The man at the front desk was very helpful and patient, but he could never get the printer to work due to slow internet.

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Robert texted me 3 times during the week asking if the hotel was meeting my expectations. Thank you, Robert. This was my third stay at this hotel and I would recommend this hotel.

It’s vary nice and looked knew.

When we went to are room after a swim the tv and remote was not working I had a few minutes ago received a text asking if everything was OK and of course I said yes after a swim we were picking up dinner but then when I was texting back the number to tell them, our TV was not working with our remote they never got back to me and answer so I had to go to bed without TV. That was the only downside.

I really appreciated the breakfast option, it was convenient and allowed me extra time in my room to prepare for meetings later that day.

I had no complaints. The room had ample outlets for my phones and laptop. It was also quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. I felt very rested after my stay.

Friendly staff. Housekeeping was very accommodating even though they did not speak any English. Luckily, I was with a friend who could handle this. Breakfast was satisfying and had something for everyone.

Not all breakfast items were good. Biscuits were hard, and fruit salad was reused. After a couple of days, it was bad.

Location was 15 minutes away from Downtown, also perfect if you're attending a concert at iThink Financial Amphitheater. Room was clean, equipped with microwave and fridge. The employees were very kind. They would give us free bottled water everyday. Breakfast was great.

Everything was pretty great. There were renovations happening when I was there so sometimes the elevator would a long time.

Staff was wonderful and helpful. Location off turnpike great too.

They were under construction and trying to be as accommodating as possible. There was a strong odor, toxic like from the chemicals of construction. I don’t know I would have stayed there had I known, but the staff was as accommodating as possible.

The breakfast ladies did an excellent job of keep the breakfast area stocked with so many people to feed. Felicia Lewis went above and beyond to make me oatmeal when they had grits out Sunday morning. She overheard my comment about looking for oatmeal and offered to make me some. Shortly Felicia brought two bowls to my table, one for me and my mom. Excellent service of seeing and meeting the need.

The breakfast was good, better than the average standard breakfast you get in the US. Temperatures were not too cold (for the European feeling), free ample parking, quiet hotel, despite being so near to the Interstate 1. We had nothing to complain about and we can surely recommend to give this place a visit.
