The hotel was very nice but they did not have my reservation from booking.com in there system but they did have a room available which I took leading me to believe that my booking never went through and I was charged for two nights instead of one and am in the process of trying to be refunded for the double charge on my debit card I am going to uninstall the booking.com app in my phone after I'm done battling to get my money back and will never use or recommend booking.com ever

The lobby greets you with a delightful aroma! We truly enjoyed the cozy bed, refreshing pool, and delicious breakfast. Plus, the location is fantastic, with an array of shops and restaurants just a short stroll away!

They need to prioritize their cleaning efforts. The bathroom lacks essential supplies like trash bags, and there is an unsettling stain of blood splattered on the wall next to the coffee maker. This situation not only detracts from overall hygiene but also creates an unwelcoming atmosphere.

Brand new - it was new and modern. Prefer bathrooms now without shower curtains and this one had was a modern shower with a glass sliding door. We got a ‘suite’ and it was a good size for the 4 nights we stayed - bathroom was a good size as well as the room. And Breakfast was decent. Husband loved the waffles Staff was very nice and friendly. No issues there.

My only challenge was the floor of our shower. It just didn’t seem to look clean from the time we checked in. I mentioned it to front desk and showed pics. They seemed to try and address but I think it’s the type of material that was used to build the shower that it makes it hard to get white again. Not sure. But the rest of our room was clean. No other issues.

The breakfast choices were awesome. We were able to find multiple items to choose from each morning including a lot of fresh fruit, fresh coffee and tea, cold and hot breakfast items. Awesome!

Our room could have been bigger. We had a studio, not a suite. We were hoping to get a suite but the selection did not allow us to select a suite.

As soon as you walk in the lobby from outside you're greeted with the greatest smell ever. 😊 That same cleanliness smell and look applies throughout the whole entire hotel. There wasn't even a leaf in the pool!

My only complaint would be the nice pillows that ultimately go flat after 5 minutes. That's it. 😊

Loved how clean the rooms were. Also loved the daily breakfast options. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The bathtub/shower combination needs to be upgraded. People with mobility limitations may find it challenging to get into the tub. However there is a nice size grab bar.

Breakfast was good. They had multiple things for multiple days. It was a server on your own. There was no limit to what we were able to get. The time that breakfast started and finish was also very good. Starting at 6:30am and finishing at 10:00am.

The room was a little too warm / humid. The hallways were colder. They do not have centralized AC on the rooms, but they have individuals AC units. We had to keep the room around 64 degrees in order to not feel the humidity.

I'm a tall girl.. chair was very low Pillows were very flat My shower door was broken, wouldn't stay close had to put a towel down to catch the water.. peephole was also broken had to put tissue in it

Clean, great breakfast, perfect location front desk lady was fabulous.

There was a super nice lady working the breakfast. However, for nearly 20 minutes she was talking to another woman on speaker phone while working. She got the job done but was very inappropriate.

Exceptional

Didn’t have bedding supplies in room. An when you call to ask and request. You would get an attitude from the front desk and you had to go down stairs to get it. An no pillows which is ridiculous
