The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness of this hotel was beyond what I expected. It smelled fresh and clean and that's ALWAYS a plus in my book! Thanks for making this a pleasurable stay.

It would have been great if this hotel had a pool and breakfast served. It is kind of ducked off in the cut which is well lit but surrounded by a lot of trees which over shadow the parking lot some nights making it dark. A security guard on weekends especially would be nice!

The location was create, the hose downstairs was really sweet. The only thing that I should have probably looked into was breakfast. I understand that maybe there's a reason in back of that, but, uh, overall, it was nice. I just felt like the water was a little bit not too much pressure. But I think it's because the time I was taken my shower was probably when everybody else were but other than that very clean.I want to say, that's why I picked the hotel cuz.It looked brand new

Everything except the echoing sound and the fact you can hear people in the room above you simply WALK. Being threatened with violence from the guest underneath one of our two rooms.

Didn’t like staff calling one of our rooms to say there were complaints about us walking loud. We walked normally. Someone below one of our rooms complained it sounded like we were stomping and we absolutely did not. Anytime the people above us walked we could hear them. It isn’t our fault the building isn’t insulated between floors and/or not built for sound. Then the person below called and threatened us with physical violence. Absolutely ridiculous!

Friendly and helpful staff, VERY clean room, new and spacious

No coffee maker in room , two washcloths & two towels is all they give you not even a cup to drink water with. Normally when you stay in the suite, they at least supply you with plates and the necessities since you have a refrigerator and your expecting to stay awhile. No breakfast or continental breakfast, that is a disappointment. Coffee in lobby that they do offer is like mud and they don’t have enough creamer available. A few beat up cars in parking lot appeared as someone was staying in them full time, made me feel unsafe parking near them

Hotel was clean, staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Location was convenient with many stores, restaurants and other places nearby. Quick and easy check in, staff seems to look out for one another and also their guests.

Basic hotel, unfortunately no cookware in room nor coffee maker. No pool on site. Extended stay hotel where people live and have no regard for others in rooms nearby as music is played loudly at night with base booming throughout.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The room and lobby were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the receptionist who ensured we got a hair dryer—much appreciated! The only thing missing was a breakfast option in the morning. If I find myself in West Palm Beach again, I’d definitely stay here. Thank you!

The front desk manager Crystal was amazing and helpful, getting us in as a last minute booking as our other hotel cancelled us right as we were checking in. She did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! This location ended up being better as it was closer to our venue.

The location was very good - right off of the Turnpike and close to where we were going in Wellington. The room was nice - very spacious with lots of storage.

The bed was not very comfortable, especially considering that this is an extended stay hotel.
