That it was a homey vibe and family friendly and clean

The beds were smaller we ended up having to go get an air mattress i was supposed to have a queen bed two of them and they looked more like full size also i had kids in the room an got stuck with a shower instead of a bath i feel like knowing we have kids bc i put it down they should’ve given us a bath instead of shower made it hard to bathe kids but id come back the staff was nice and it was clean

This is the usual hotel we stay at when we drive to Orlando. It is in a nice location with gas stations, fast food and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was the usual yogurt, waffles (it was the same brand that Disney uses I was told by a friend) plain bagels, muffins, omelettes and sausage. The room was clean but the bathroom could use some touching up. We did not hear any inside or outside noises and got a good night's rest. Enough plugs and USB jacks for c-paps and charging electronic devices. Some rooms have 2 king size beds in them

The orange juice did not taste anywhere near the taste of orange juice.. The family at the table next to us were complaining about it also. Unfortunately in the rush to leave I did not get a chance to let someone know.

Convenient, comfortable and affordable.

A member of management was speaking to his staff about an F-ing customer paying just $70 not getting upgraded. A room for me wasn’t ready at 3:00 pm. I assumed he was speaking about me. My room was ready at 3:20. No big deal. I know the F word well. Just wasn’t expecting to hear it from management in the lobby.

It was easy to find. Very welcoming outside - I loved the rocking chairs near the entrance.

We had a suite, which we really loved! The TV in the bedroom worked fine, while the one in the sitting area didn’t work. But, we were very busy and didn’t watch much TV anyway…just mentioning for others who might like to watch it.

The location was in a busy part of town. Plenty of stores and food available Breakfast was ok not great but it was free The pool area and hot tub were nice for the price Overall I’d stay again … the king suite was spacious The hotel was quiet

I loved the hospitality! Great staff my children enjoyed the daily lemonade and homemade chocolate Chip cookies ♥️ and the pool is the best to have the kids play until they were tired!

The beds are hard and not very comfortable. They need to invest in some softer more comfortable beds

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room that I stayed in and that other people weren't noisy. I felt safe and secure. The staff were polite and respectful.

Although the staff were polite and respectful, there was a language barrier. The cleaning staff couldn't understand me and vice versa. The trash never got taken out despite my efforts.

Loved the heated indoor pool

It was inconvenient that we could not just walk in and book the suite. We were told none were available & quoted higher than the price online. In the lobby, booked the suite online for cheaper. Funny how it was not available to a walk in, and only available online. Seems like a flawed business plan.

we loved the room. we booked the king room with the whirlpool tub. it was amazing. the room was spacious ; especially for just the two of us.

we got there a little late so we weren't able to use the pool/hottub long.
