⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Country Inn and Suites (11317 Abercorn St, Savannah, GA) from September 19–21, 2025, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The staff went above and beyond—even greeting us with fresh-baked cookies and a soft drink at check-in! Special thanks to Asha Raval, who was at the front desk several times throughout our stay. She had a phenomenal spirit, always greeted us with a smile, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The property itself is outstanding. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. We loved having a separate living/workspace along with a wet bar, refrigerator, and microwave—such a convenience that many hotels no longer offer. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, from the large bathrooms to the common areas. The atmosphere was relaxing, the location felt safe and convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Honestly, we’ve stayed at much more expensive properties that didn’t offer half of what we enjoyed here. This place is a hidden gem—affordable, comfortable, and exceptional in every way. We’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and family, and we’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Savannah.

I had a fantastic stay at Country Inn & Suites and would highly recommend it for both business travelers and families visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with plenty of room to relax or get work done. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep after a long day. Breakfast each morning was a nice touch—fresh, varied, and well-stocked, with something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a light start or something more filling. Overall, this hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort and convenience. Whether you’re in town for business or with the family, Country Inn & Suites is a solid choice. Staff was very friendly and kind.

The pool was closed and elevator didn't work. We picked the hotel so granddaughter could swim, so maybe we should be told before booking that the pool was closed. And maybe the next time the elevators are out you should offer lower floor to older people so they don't have to carry the luggage up 3 floors. I understand things breakdown and can't be used but there could have been something offered to make it easier.

It was decent, but the waffle maker made the waffles choppy.

I have no complaints. It was beautiful. But the waffle maker made the waffles choppy. And the pool was closed that was my only two disappointments. The staff that checked us in and out were beautiful. Rea was so sweet and helpful.

Very large & comfortable room .

There were no towels at the pool and when we requested towels from front desk we were told they’d bring them to us at the pool . We never received them and none were ever brought to pool area during our entire stay . In Sunday we wanted to eat breakfast before getting on the road and even though it was well past 7 o’clock there was a sign saying breakfast area was closed we were told it wasn’t ready yet . We left without getting breakfast. 😔

The place was clean and comfortable and convenient for our needs. The hot breakfast was a plus also

Staff could have been a little more friendly. We ask for trash to be emptied and fresh towels from staff on first morning of a two night stay. One of the female staff members said well we might as well go home and our room was never serviced. We had to ask for towels and carried our own trash out. On the evening shift the clerk his name was Chris seemed like he was more worried about smoking and talking on phone outside verses staying in and handling desk just kinda gave you the feeling you was interrupting him

The hotel was close to my daughter's college & also conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The room was clean. I liked the separate desk & coach area as well. There was a space where I could work when needed.

WiFi wasn't the best, I had a hard time connecting. I also walked into the lobby more than once and had to find someone to help me because no one was working at the front desk. Even during checkout, I waited with another customer for help. I walked around & found someone in the kitchen, who then found someone to help us check out.

Absolutely breakfast was my favorite thing about this hotel, Olive Garden is right behind this hotel. Welcoming staff and fresh cookies every day.

Parking lot were crowded when we arrived, maybe they were full house that day.

The location was great. It rained but we enjoyed staying in our room since it was so nice

Kids running around unsupervised. The breakfast was not good at all. Very limited and sausages were ice cold in the middle. Had to point it out to staff

We booked this place for a short trip and it worked out perfectly. The room was spacious and tidy, and we slept really well here. Breakfast had a good variety to start the morning.
