The rooms were very well setup, loved having a working dish sink and dishes! Breakfast was great, and the chef was too!

Didn't find much to complain about

Everything was good.

Noise trom hallway can be clearly heard, all of the room was amazingly insulated, but you could hear doors closing from other rooms, and heard a loud noise that woke me up at 5:40 am and was not able to sleep again.

Brand new hotel, very fresh and clean

The hotel was nice and comfortable but I was most impressed by the fantastic staff. The African American lady at the front desk as well as the young man (chef) cooking breakfast were so professional, efficient, and clearly dedicated to excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Their commitment to high standards and true hospitality made my stay memorable. I may have forgotten their names but they left a lasting impression on me. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

I loved the size of the room and the appearance of the room. Large refrigerator and microwave which I used. Loved the breakfast especially since I was able to get a made to order egg.

Had to wait at the front desk due to a police issue going on at check in on Sat. At checkout on Monday, I waited at the front desk for the clerk and just ended up leaving my keys and not seeing anyone. I had an appt and could not wait any longer. I left around 10:00 am.

Very clean and the front desk staff were so friendly and amazing!!

The only thing that I did not like was the chef lady that was running the kitchen area in the morning for breakfast. She was so rude to everyone. The lady that was cooking was super sweet but that other lady was so rude and disrespectful to other guests. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

We loved everything about Element especially the breakfast. The chef is awesome!! He cooks the best eggs and pancakes. My husband wanted to move in. The manager upgraded our room to a suite and it was beautiful. Just what we needed for our first vacation in 22 years with no children.

Hot breakfast dishes are concentrated in the hands of only one person. depending on the time it is necessary to make a queue for service

Food and the staff

When I got to my room it was dirty so I called downstairs to tell the staff it was dirty and she can come and check it out. So she move me to other room. Everything was wonderful after that. I will come back there to stay

The hotel was awesome. When we first arrived to check in, the staff was exceptional and welcoming. My room and bathroom were immaculate. They also had a variety of breakfast items. I will definitely stay at the Element Savannah Midtown again.
