The location was great. The young lady at the front desk( I think her name was Jazmine) was so friendly and helpful. My party also enjoyed the nice breakfast as well as the pool.

The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly.

Our family was in Charleston, SC for a medical procedure and we decided to take an impromptu trip to Savannah because we had never been. The price for the suite was great and the reviews seemed to be decent. We have had bad experiences with Country Inn & Suites before but we decided to take a chance and were pleasantly surprised. The room was nice sized and comfortable. The facility was very nice as well. The location was ok. The staff was all very nice. The breakfast is better than I have had, but it is your basic hotel breakfast. The facility looks modern and newer or at the very least recently renovated.

The room didn't smell pleasant so we purchased a can of febreze and sprayed everything down, but the room was clean and cozy they just might want to check and clean the air filter. The facility was a little difficult to find/see, our GPS brought us in through the parking lot of a Rooms to Go store and we didn't notice a sign at first, it's very small and located under the Rooms to Go sign at the street.

I loved the hot tub and pool area. It's in a very convenient location of the city near several shops and restaurants and is right across the street from the mall. There is a decent size gym and complimentary breakfast as well.

We had to keep chasing down house keeping to clean our room and give us fresh towels to the point it started to get irritating. At one visit when we went to check in they didn't have any rooms clean despite it being after check in time and we had to wait in the lobby after driving for hours to get there.

The Queen Suite was very spacious. The breakfast was great. My family enjoyed the indoor pool.

After driving 7 hours, our room was not ready at 3 PM like we were told it would be. I will say the manager on site at the time was very nice and gave us a discount because of this. The front receptionist at the time didn't give a welcoming greeting either. She seemed a bit annoyed to have to do her job responsibilities and was visibly seen through the front window, from the parking lot, just sitting on her phone when not at the front desk.

Everything was really good, but our feet were very dirty, walking around the room without socks. It was like the carpeted floors were not carpet cleaned. I didn't have a problem paying for the room, until this particular issue.

I came to Savannah for a family cookout and mini reunion. The hotel staff was nice, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool is open late and they have hot breakfast. I know my family loud and they never knocked on my door, because even I would have, lol

It's a hard location to find by GPS, all of my family members were confused. Look for the Rooms to Go on Abercorn

We arrived at 10:30 am after driving since 5 am. We needed to drop one vehicle off before heading to the beach. Check-in is not supposed to be until 3:00 pm. We asked if by chance we could check in early - Yes we could! Extremely helpful with two young children who needed to change for the beach and use the restroom. Very accomodating!

No issues what-so-ever.

Staff were excellent, Lauren at reception was cheerful and helpful, our room was missing a minor item which she replaced immediately. Variety of breakfast items, Toni was lovely, among other things she showed me how to use the waffle maker Lots of interesting places to visit Enjoyed the 3 Telfair museums especially the Owens-Thomas house & space quarters. Museum entrance allows you to visit all 3 value 3-4 days Hoo on Off suggest you ride in morning, the whole route first as it gets really busy in the afternoon and you can be kept waiting (Ignore 1st 3 photos added in error and can’t figure out how to remove!)

I didn’t realise how far out of town, I misread the map. Was 15-20 mins to down town Savannah was Hot and humid - no surprise for locals

I loved the room the most cause we had a living room and separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable we booked a king room. The hotel and room smell were good.

I didn’t like the the trash cans were very small so I had to make my own trash cans. I didn’t like being told that on the 3 day we would get room attempted too and when we returned nothing was done. Thankfully I am OCD and so my own cleaning so o emptied the trash every day and did our bed, but the day we were supposed to be serviced I didn’t do the bed and I also put the dirty towels together for the maid. upon return as I said no service was given so I went to the linen area and grabbed toilet paper and fresh sheets and towels. We also saw that shower could be cleaner and the fridge didn’t work well it kept our stuff room temperature. Thankfully the ice machine was convenient.

The breakfast was very good.

The only minor problem that I had was the door that enclosed the refrigerator and microwave was the latches that held the door together was broken and the door would not close properly. The door was placed against the cabinet.
