Breakfast was hot and delicious! The woman in the breakfast room was delightful. Room was updated and clean. The hot water in the sink was there as soon as you turned it on. Housekeeping left extra towels the next day. The king bed was very comfy. Pool was cold, but it was just the first week of April.

The only thing we weren't happy with was the lighting. Very dim. Light over the vanity was great.

Room was nice, relatively clean. A few cobwebs near ceiling. No big deal though. Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Cleaning crew started early, and rolling carts honestly sound like a freight train as they are being moved on the walkways. Really loud especially early in the morning. Maybe carts with better wheels or a later start time would be better.

Very clean.& comfortable. Modern & renovated nicely. Took an Uber to downtown Savannah which wasn’t far and it’s such a great city! Breakfast was also great; lots of options. Us & our two children enjoyed our stay here.

Vending machine was not working properly. Was not a huge deal; my husband walked to a nearby convenience store instead.

The front desk staff was exceptional. She was so detailed, kind and considerate. She recognized us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. Her name was either Tonya or Roberta. I must apologize because I did not get her name. We checked in on the 13th of April, so the property can give credit, where credit is due. We really appreciated her! The property was safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Prices in Charleston were extremely high on this evening and so we were thankful for this property. It was rated a 2 star property, however, the the customer reviews rated it highly, as did I. If you need a place to sleep overnight without frills, this is it! It's "old scool" at it's best!

Room was clean. It had been updated with new bath vanity, rug was newer, nice dorm size refrigerator and microwave. plenty of outlets and usb port were installed also. Every room had a light outside and the grounds were very clean. Breakfast buffet was included each morning. The buffet consisted of scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, pancakes, bagels, toast, cereal, muffins, donuts, yogurt, fruit and oatmeal. Fresh brewed coffee and juice were also provided. The 2 ladies that operate the buffet breakfast always made sure the food was fresh and replenished. The pool looked like it would be really nice in the summer.

They mattress was okay but could probably be updated soon.

This is the best bet for a chain motel outside of central Savannah. It is clean, well-run, and pleasant with NONE of the skeeze, sketchy characters, and marijuana stink that dominate the other motels outside the center of town. I am usually not a fan of the crowded breakfast rooms at motels, but this one is about as nice, clean and well run as you are ever going to get. Expect hot eggs and an energetic lady on to of everything to keep it running like a well-oiled machine.

Breakfast was excellent, helpful friendly staff, convenient parking right outside our room, would stay again!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good variety and value. Many hotels are no longer including continental breakfast, so this was a welcome change. The location was convenient for me to drive to the Savannah Convention Center without dealing with downtown hotel parking.

It took me until my second night to figure out the thermostat, every other hotel I've stayed at is controlled at the HVAC unit, but this one had an external thermostat on the opposite wall, the controls on the HVAC unit do nothing. My room's card reader stopped recognizing my keys at one point, but the front desk staff quickly remedied this. Be aware that you can't turn off motion smoothing on the TV due to the generic "clean remotes."

We visited Savannah with our son for a school convention. The Hotel is 15 minutes from the Convention Center so the location was perfect. The reception, cleaning and restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. We couldn't enjoy the pool but it looked clean and nice. The Hotel is also very close to places of tourist interest. It has a service station in front with a very complete grocery store, as well as many restaurants around. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect for what we needed on this trip.

swimming pool; easy parking; comfy beds. Staff were all very polite and friendly. I liked how they emphasized they were available 24/7 and women in dining area made sure to let us know they were closing up and asked if anyone wanted to grab any final drinks or food before they did so.

shower needs some kind of mat or tred. It was VERY slippery even with the grab handle and someone will eventually get hurt. Air conditioner was OFF when I arrived in room and temp was 84 degrees. Toilet would not flush and I had to remove the tank cover and unstick the mechanism inside several times.
