Residence Inn Savannah was a very well-appointed hotel, very roomy and light, and comfortable. It was two bedrooms and two baths which gave my friend and me our own private living areas with a living room, kitchen and dining area in between. It was airy and roomy. And clean. The ladies we met working the front desk upon arrival and departure were so very kind, personable and helpful. Though it was close to Savannah, it was still far enough away that a car would be recommended or necessary depending on who you are. Though off the beaten track, still a great place to stay.

The king size suite room was clean. There were many amenities available. The well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave and stove. The staff was excellent more than willing to offer assistance when needed.

The fitness center / treadmills were well worn and could use updating. We weren’t happy with where our room was located. The traffic noise was a little too much. Next time we will ask to not be placed at the end near the road.

Breakfast was well stocked and plentiful. Breakfast Staff member was helpful and kept area very clean. Our room was spacious and well cooled (it was 98 for a couple days). Every appliance was in working order.

We were there for 4 days and no one cleaned our room. More importantly no one picked up the trash. We had to go to the desk ti get new towels. For the priced that we paid a little more service was expected. One other concern was the large pets staying there. We saw 2 large dogs that were over 100 lbs. - ONE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA DURING BREAKFAST. Several people in our group had allergies and asthma so this was a health concern. Consider having no pet rooms like no smoking rooms

The room was fabulous for space and relaxing! Good breakfast, great care taken by staff in keeping dining area clean and food available. Special thankful to Porcha and Sharion were excellent help at front desk; snswered questions, they were very friendly and respectful to us. Lawanda assistant and Sandra general managers equally as helpful.

Pool not working was disappointment.

I liked the fact that the room was really clean and I didn't see hair from the last Bookers.I liked the fact that it was near places that we needed to get to (great location) I liked the fact the staff was really polite

I didn't like the sof bed mattress (I felt every spring) lol but everything else ruled over that sofa bed mattress (can't sweat the small stuff)

convenient to downtown with just a short drive. Loved the set up of the room with the couch and king bed. Nice shower.

Housekeeping did not visit during our stay nor replenish our towels. We had to go to the front desk and ask for more.

What an outstanding room! If I were a business traveler, huge desk area. I liked the way the single TV was situated in the middle of the space so it could be rotated to be seen whether you were in the kitchen area, in bed or in the living area.

Location a little difficult to get to. Have to go to the next street turn right turn right again to get to the entrance.

We really enjoyed our spacious 2-bedroom suite. All of the staff were very, very nice, from front desk to housekeeping, to breakfast. It was nice to be able to park right next to the hotel and without an additional charge. All three of us were very happy that we'd stayed there and would do so again.

Breakfast staff were very pleasant. Food was good.

Would have preferred a room that had been smoke free and smokers on a separate hall.

Love the room it was like a studio apartment more room than we even needed!

Hot breakfast was so so but the location and room were good. It’s a bit noisy but all hotels seem to be.
