Friendly front desk clerk. She made it super easy to check in and was very nice & professional. My room was clean and had a fresh scent as soon as I walked in. Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet motel and duct off motel which is great when you’re trying to get rest.

Everything really except the room I was in

The room I was in it look like it was a trap house it had roaches an the sink was messed up the tube wasn’t clean I clean it myself it was all wrong

Their was no breakfast at this location . You can add muffins and danish.

What didn't like was the people standing ing front of my room smoking and the scent of smoke coming under the door.

Everything especially the housekeepers

The young Indian lady at the front desk very nasty attitude and not welcoming, she needs to learn how to talk to her guest and assistance them the right way,without guest the establishment will not run

Location, price, and great parking /room space

Some of the rooms can be sketchy depending on whose next to you and their is no pool even though it’s advertised.

The price and cleanliness.

More space in the bathroom. It was a tight fit with the amount of space the door takes when opening and closing it.

Nice toiletries, no lines at check-in, quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

Mrs.Nicole was sort of mean for no reason. But she still delivered good customer service to me.

I didn't eat breakfast but the staff was respectful

The area was nice and close enough to the parts of Savannah that was wanted to visit.

The pool was not working and I was not notified ahead of time.

I love the room and how welcoming the staff is also I love the indian lady at the front desk she is so positive and helpful I stay to myself and I have no problems with being messed with I am a extended stay customer and the hotel is next toy job so I am very satisfied
