Really spacious room, great value, and super close to Downtown Savannah and Historic District. It wasn't even a room - it was a suite with a separate room, a living room, and a small kicthenette area.

The room smelled thickly of cigarette smoke even though it was a "non-smoking" room, the sheets weren't exactly clean (there were a lot of stain marks and hair on them), the shower had some weird oily stuff on the water knob and the shower head, and the floors were quite dirty so we had to wear shoes everywhere in the room.

I used to live in Savannah, so I am familiar with the city. I return monthly for appointments and am extremely pleased I have found this location. I have found this facility to be clean, orderly and the associates are more than willing to treat the guests with respect, a smile and to handle any needs of the guests. The staff was friendly! The front desk agent who checked me in and out was very helpful during my stay. I will 100% stay there again. The location was great, the room was clean.

Hallway did have a slight musty smell that I believed was maybe old carpeting, I would suggest replacing the carpet with new or viynl plank flooring similar to rooms. The breakfast wasn't exactly what I had in mind. The warming standing was dated and needed to be replaced. The dining/causal area could use a bit more family sitting. Overall, it was a nice comfortable hotel for the price and the location.

Check in wasn't too bad, we were checked in fast and very effectively. The room was exactly as it looked on the website and we didn't have to do much cleaning at all.

I was slightly disappointed by the breakfast options, there were waffles and instant grits that we had to make. Although, the staff was very proactive with the resources that had and very helpful.

Customer service was great despite the hotel not having power, but it was out of their hands due to the hurricane knocking out the power. I gave high ratings because the manager still provided the best customer service experience despite no power.

We came to Savannah for our anniversary and in all my excitement I accidentally double booked the room and the manager was kind enough to cancel the one room. That allowed us to relax and enjoy our visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. Thank you Sleep Inn!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms were comfortable and spacious.

It was sometimes loud at night in the hallways. The cops were called and a woman running down the hall screaming wasn't very peaceful, but it was only one night out of thr 7 total nights.

When we were checking out the lady at the front desk seemed very annoyed. She was slightly rude to the lady that was in front of me asking her a question

Had to ask for iron n ironing board,and hangers, had to go to several workers for towels and face clothes. Mattress was Terrible, sunk in the middle. Over charged $84.00 that no one can tell me what it's for.

I like how clean it was the breakfast was good nd the staff was friendly and nice. The room was clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was how hard it was to close the room door and bathroom door.
