We really enjoyed our stay, the location was close to city center with a short drive!

Our door did not fully shut without being pushed forcefully closed, and we did not have all the toiletries I normally expect from this hotel chain. We brought our pets which was a great convenience, but got notified of "noise" within 20 mins after leaving to go to dinner, I do understand, however- this is a pet-friendly hotel and pets can also have anxieties when they travel. We ensure that our pets are in a travel crate at all times, and try our best to ease anxieties, however, it is not possible to bring them on all aspects of the trip, therefore-at 5pm getting this call 2 hours or leaving after check-in I felt was a bit unfair.

Location was great with lots of choice restaurants and shopping. A plus breakfast menu and friendly staff.

The phone charger station and lamps were very dusty. This placement was close to the beds. Not good to look at.

Breakfast area is great, however I was shocked at the watered juices, I guess they were Turkey burgers/meat tasted awful I couldn’t eat it, the egg was blah, I enjoyed my oatmeal but needed a pinch of cinnamon. The spoon in the sugar could be washed daily as the sugar was clammed on it. Coffee creamer was water in fact none was left Saturday when I joined the area app 9 am. Not to mention the receptionist who checked me in! My high school teacher said made sure you make mention of her attitude: poor greeting! I believe in Customer service and I offer same! My room was clean and I had a good sleep! Clean grease towels! Thanks Hampton Inn See you right there next year

Customer service and parking fees! Coffee maker in the Bathroom! Nope!

Hotel was nice. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was the regular waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. It was hot and very clean.

Parking. You have to pay 7.00 to park and the 2 nights we were there the garage was full. The hotel is undergoing renovations so a lot of the parking spaces outside of the garage are full of dumpsters and equipment or building supplies.

The beds were not comfortable, hard to use the key card and open the door, older building, air conditioning was sporadic, nothing on television programs and if there was it was repeated programs nightly. The staff, however, was outstanding, friendly and helpful. Their hotel was clean and had hot water. The fridge was ok for water, nothing more, and made popping noises that kept you awake. The air conditioning had to be turned down very low otherwise it was hot. The beds and pillows uncomfortable. Maintanence adjusted the door, but the key card had to be inserted numerous times to get the door to open. Other residents complained about the doors as well. No shuttle service.

The location to the historic district was a short drive. Close to many food establishments if you’re looking for something quick. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding. The housekeeping crew and front desk staff went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife, and two of my children got sick. The housekeeping crew didn’t bat an eye and cleaned everything up. The front desk crew stayed in touch with me the entire time the housekeeping crew was cleaning our room. We had to stay in the lobby while the cleaning was taking place. They even gave us a can of Lysol to get rid of any lingering germs. Hats off to the entire administration and staff! We will be staying here again in the future. Kids loved the indoor pool as well.

The parking which is $7 a day. Not a deal breaker but which it was no charge for people staying there.

Very clean and pleasant, with nice breakfast. The room was lovely.

We tried to check in about half an hour after check in time, but our room wasn’t ready, and desk staff weren’t able to say how long it would be. This was stressful as we were due at a pre-booked event in the city centre by a certain time. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful through. In the end we had to wait about 45 minutes, which left us needing to choose between a swim and a shower - not ideal.

I feel very safe here and love the close proximity to shopping, restaurants and access to major streets in Savannah. You also do not hear the planes as you would at other hotels in the area

There is a security risk at the property that is particularly troublesome. While I'm sure the hotel trusts every one parking is a guesr/supposed to be there, there needs to be limited access and better security using key cards. It was this way last year so I don't know if safety plan has changed

The second hostess was really nice.

When I first arrive the hostess was really rude. I asked could I check in early because I was headed to a funeral. She did not even check and told me no rooms were ready. Did not try to accommodate me in any way.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sharmaine was extremely helpful in extending our stay. The room, for the most part, was very clean and comfortable.

The carpet in the room needed a little love.
