The room was nice.

I left a book in the room. I called the front desk to see if they had found it. The young lady at the front put me on hold. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I drove back to the hotel and was still on hold. I was told I could go up and look. I got the book and asked to speak to the manager. I asked why I was still on hold, and no one went to check on the book. He said I was on hold with corporate, and they didn't get the message. The number i dialed was a 912 number. I hung up and called the number back. The phone right in front of me stated ringing. I told him to answer it. He did. I asked why he lied to me. He tried to say I just happened to get through. They are lazy and liars.

Great but not free.

We chose the hotel because it was dog friendly. The add did not indicate that there was a charge for each dog. We were charged $150 (non-refundable) for our pets.

The location was great.

I did not like the long walk to the elevator as a compromised client. My walking was limited. Also, it did not appear there was enough help. There was only one person at the front desk. I called with a request and the person who answered the phone told I had to retrieve what I needed because she was the only one there. Even earlier there was a line at the desk because there was only one person on duty.

It was easy to find and the breakfast had a great selection. For the price of the room, I'm glad they decided not to charge for breakfast.

There was an extra fee that they said was for incidentals. I never had it refunded to me. I also watched 2 different people walk up to the front desk and let them know they were out of toilet paper in the women's restroom (there was a convention going on so maybe it was used more than they were used to.) There were 3 people behind the front desk and I never saw anyone get a phone call or called on the radio. Nobody needed help at the front desk and neither of the 3 carried toilet paper to the restroom. They just chuckled about a comment that was made under their breath.

Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out with MW, mini frig, and indiv Keurig coffee/tea maker. Nice outdoor pool area, indoor fitness room, and multi-stall common restrooms. Because breakfast was an additional $12, we did not opt for that but the buffet from afar looked very nice. Instead, we took advantage of two grocery stores within a block of the hotel as well as walkable restaurants, ice-cream stores, and high end shops. And of course, we wanted to experience the exceptional Southern cuisine in the historic district! The kitchen staff, esp the manager or head chef, were extremely friendly and helpful even though we never ate there.

A HVAC vent and a fan in the bathroom would have been nice. It was stifling in there with the door closed. Definately, more parking spaces needed at the property. If you arrive to the hotel past 8:30 pm, you will probably not get a "legal" spot.

The location and enviroment was an excellent location to spend a weekend birthday trip with my significant other. We will surely consider this location in the future for stays.

Nothing, everything was amazing. Will definitely look into this location for future visits for vacations and recommendations to friends, family, and others.

location was good for what I was there for, close to shopping and hospital! property was clean

Being a woman staying alone, I didn’t like the parking situation, stayed at hospital till late and when I arrived to hotel, nowhere to park but a very back lot that I didn’t really feel safe and also I was charged $7 bucks a night to park! also the way the hotel is designed, an elevator in the back would be nice because the one on site is just not convenient for ones coming in the back door of the property!

Friendly staff! The pool was under maintenance. However, they kindly gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Overall great stay and conveniently located.

location, good service, Whitley and Sheree were very helpful at the front desk. Giancarlo was very nice making sure my room was clean and I had enough clean towels. The rooms were very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice small food and snack market inside hotel.

The breakfast was not bad, but not great. Expecting more of a variety, like pancakes or waffles and the customer service was lacking, not enough utensils set up or friendly service.

I loved everything about this property. it was clean and smelled wonderful, which is wonderful change from the moldy rooms with blood stained sheets and holes in walls that I’m used to staying at. The staff were delightful. My favorite thing however was the breakfast, I had the breakfast power bowl and it was the most delicious breakfast I’ve had in months. Fresh made and served to us at a table like a fancy sit down restaurant.

this is not actually a knock against the hotel but rather a criticism of Booking.com. the price booking told us was our final total was 75$ short of the actual price because booking didn’t calculate in the deposit, taxes or parking fee.
