The location was perfect because it was close to everything and we felt safe during our entire stay. The staff was ok except for Jessica who was amazing. She did everything she could to help our stay be the best possible answering all questions we had and even waking us up at 3 in the morning so we could make our flight and preparing coffee for us before we left. Hoping to see her again when we return.

The breakfast was really poor. We'd expected at least a little bit more being a hotel backed by Hilton. There were only cereal, cold hard boiled eggs, 2 kinds of fruit, instant oats and bagels everyday. So we took it on days we wanted to save some money but it's not something we wanted everyday during our 8 nights stay. Housekeeping was ok taking out the trash and replacing our towels everyday but not once changed our bedding or made our beds. The pool didn't look as if it was getting cleaned every day.

The location was great. I like cause it had a pool.

The carpet was real dirty.We stayed 4 nights, our beds was never changed,on our first morning there the breakfast came out at 6:50,instead of 6:00, when we ask for more tissue,our cashier had a attitude,I will never. stay there again.They were remolding seconds floor,and it was not the sheet rock on the floor and on the ironing board and the iron.We had mold over the bath room door.We wanted to leave,but we had already paid for the room.I think you should be able to see the room, before you pay.

Perfect location! Great for families especially; very safe. The staff were the highlight , very kind and hospitable. They seem happy to be working there and willing to help when we needed it.

The property needs a little TLC, and the bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. Wanted more of a hot breakfast, it was just bagels and yogurt for the most part. However, it’s Savannah, there are plenty of options for amazing food!

It was clean ,staff was friendly,good location. Beds were comfortable. I always bring my own pillows . New carpet,breakfast was continental, bagels ,fruit,yougart, coffee was good .

The toilet had a strange flush . Also our toilet seat was loose . Very small toilet area . The room was small but adequate .

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The location of the hotel is in the midst of great stores and restaurants. You're at least 20 minutes away from the historical sites and River Street for entertainment,food and sightseeing tours

The hallways and lobby needs to be repainted. The breakfast hours are too short and they need to offer more selections. The TV offered some decent channels BUT ESPN wasn't accessible.

Initially the room I was given had a broken AC unit, but I was promptly moved to a different room. The gentleman at the counter even brought me up the new key cards.

The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, the toilet papers in both rooms were not replaced with new rolls.

Breakfast hours were short but okay if you are a early bird. Nice food and fruit variety and very good hot coffee. Brunch hours would be great maybe now and then for late sleepers.

Brunch weekend hours for busy, hard working people who would like a few more hours of sleep at the end of the week. W

I like everything that the hotel had the room, and bed was comfortable and breakfast was good

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were truly concerned about my well being and asked to be informed on how my surgery went.

I didn't like the fact that I had to go in for surgery the next morning, I will be booking again without having to leave really early the next morning.

It's nice clean and not Over run with riftraft

I was headed to breakfast and got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes staff was pretty quick about getting me out it did take a few minutes and I was starting to get stressy but it was okay the guy was really nice and they more than told me they were sorry
