Of your traveling with a little one that still goes to bed before you I’d suggest getting a one bedroom suite with the master bedroom that’s closed off to living room. This place is perfect for small families. They did a really great job having breakfast well stocked and providing a variety. My daughter has a peanut allergy and the gal taking care of breakfast made sure we were well taken care of. There is a court yard between the two hotels and this was also great for BBQ and allowing daughter to run around. Pool was kept cleans and towels well stocked. This place was great!! One building over from Walgreens for needed items and Colvers for quick dinner or late snack!

The modern shower doors allow way to mich water on the floor, we used our pool towels to catch the stray water….. you would think the owner would remodel these shower doors to save themself some water damage on the future. Easy to keep dry with a towel but a disaster without……but thats the designers fault ahaha the stay was great!!!

We were greeted by Brandon who was exceptional as far a customer service and information! Everything was clean. Our room was spacious and bright. The shower was wonderful. We were a large group and "took over" the lobby on several occasions. We were there for a family funeral and you all allowed us to gather together for such much needed time. Brandon went above and beyond when a family member dropped a bottle. Brandon's help was so appreciated.

Great selection of tasty breakfast foods. I liked that the hotel was located near hwy I was to travel on the morning after my stay.

Confirmation of booking from booking.com had one address and paperwork from Marriot had two different addresses. The one I used in my GPS got me lost. Took an hour and 4 calls to your front desk to find hotel. Staff was excellent in his effort to help me. Part of problem was a blinding setting sun. I did not find hotel until sun had set. Note: Neither address worked in my GPS.

I liked the kitchen set up and supplies to use the kitchen, the layout flowed well, the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast in the morning was good, similar to the other Marriott locations with lots of seating. My family enjoyed the use of pool and hot tub. I was appreciative of the laundry facilities but this was about $1 more per washer and dryer than any other. Lots of hotels offer free laundry services. I really liked the decor in the check in area with information about the state on one wall and a giant map with things to do and see. That really gets my attention!

The room did not feel like it was as clean as it could be. The pillows on the couch were stained and turned upside down. The stain looked still clumped and dirty. Trash cans were difficult to find, eventually were found in the back of the closet.

The staff was great. Check in was fast and efficient. The entry was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and I liked having a full size refrigerator. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept everything full and clean.

Our stay was very nice with the exception of the shower. I love a good hot shower in the morning to wake me up for the day and unfortunately our room had absolutely zero water pressure 😭. The water was warm but it took a while to get there. And I'm not a huge fan of the half wall type of shower, I like to be able to completely close my shower door.

Beds and rooms were exceptional. We had dogs with us, and the room and staff were very accommodating. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, too. The check-in clerk was very good at her job and pleasant. We visited Shoshone Falls, which was gorgeous, and ate at Fiesta Mexican for dinner, which was so good! All in all, it was a wonderful little trip.

The shower could have used more water pressure. There were kids left alone in the pool that took over the pool and hot tub and were doing cannon balls directly on top of us to make us leave the pool. That wasn't fun but not necessarily the fault of the hotel.

Townplace suites is well kept and accomodating. The pool and exercise equipment is outstanding. Breakfast is very good.

I experienced difficulty booking the established group room rate. Townplace Suites sales representative failed to return calls. I ended up using third party booking to save some money but overpaid. The green space around the hotel is woefully lacking.

The suite was roomy with a kitchenette and large restroom and walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable, everything was neat and tidy. Culver's restaurant was just across the street, and the scenic canyon rim trail by the Snake River was only a 5 minute walk.

A little noisy from the room upstairs but otherwise fine.

It’s secure, your room is behind several locked doors. My room had a mini kitchen that was outstanding and dishes with silverware. Great AC system.

The couch looked good but it wasn’t great for sitting for too long. Some minor wear and tear issues with the carpet and furniture but nothing that would stop me from coming back. The powdered eggs at breakfast seemed kind of cheap in contrast with everything else.

It was a great property and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed using the gym and pool.

Our rooms shower was terrible. The shower head had terrible pressure and settings. None of them were good. Because the shower is just a half wall of glass, the water splattered all over the floor with every shower, soaking our towels. We did not enjoy that at all!
