The location was very central to everything we wanted to see and do.

We were very disappointed that the pool was not open. We picked this hotel specifically because there was an indoor pool, very hard to find in the city. Upon checking in the desk clerk specifically told me the pool was on the 10th floor. He did not mention at that time the pool was closed. We went to the tenth floor every day to see if it was open and it never did open during our stay.

Very good location, staff was great, in the beginning they gave me a room in front of the elevator so there was a lot of noise so I asked the front desk if they could switch me to a different room and immediately helped and got me a great one with even a nicer view

The only thing that should be a little better is the shower water pressure which was too low

This hotel has the worse TV placement I’ve ever experienced. Since the main wall in the room is full of windows, the TV is right next to the bed. You basically have to break your neck to watch it comfortably. The TV is mounted on the wall & it is movable, but even with moving it to a “better” angle, it’s still bad. This is a huge design flaw.

The staff was excellent! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and efficient. It was great to have access to a fitness room and an indoor pool. The view from our room really gave us the sense of being immersed in the heart of the city. Being able to walk easily to Navy Pier was perfect. Traveling with a tween can be hit-or-miss and the Courtyard Marriott made it a hit!

The carpets were pretty worn. The pool could have been cleaner.

The hotel is in great location near the Magnificent Mile. We were able to walk to many attractions in the city. We did not rent a car. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very pleasant and attentive. The city of Chicago is beautiful. We would highly recommend the Architecture boat tour.

There is a restaurant connected to the lobby. The drinks were very expensive.

Room was clean and very nicely equipped, with a beautiful view. Staff was polite and efficient, and the hotel is in a good location. I loved the pool and fitness center and how easy it was to get to places from the hotel.

The outside street noise could be heard on the 17th floor where I stayed, as if I was in the middle of the street. Given the location and the bustle of the magnificent mile, this meant loud sirens till late in the night and again super early in the morning.

Would definitely stay here again. Rooms were very clean, beds super comfy and the view of the city was breathtaking. This was our first trip to Chicago. I was worried about the street noise, but that wasn’t a problem. Staff was exceptional. The location is perfect!! We used the onsite parking garage, and it was very secure. I can’t think of any issues that we had.

Front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location was ideal -- very close to shopping and restaurants.

Our view was horrible. I requested a very high floor, which we did not get, and our view was looking directly at the Riu Hotel. I was very disappointed with that.

Great walking location to al.ost everywhere but very close to Miracle Mile. Parking was right on premise.

The lighting in the bathroom area was very dim is the only thing I can comment on. My wife found dead it difficult to see when doing the makeup thingy.

I liked it was clean it was also in good location and it also provided parking but I felt that could have been free not 60 bucks a night besides that very happy.

Paying for parking should be provided free I paid over five hundred dollars for two nights and then 120 dollars on top of that just to park I go to a lot of hotels in citys and never got to pay to park infact they usually valett for you.
