The room was great. Extremely comfy beds, very clean and spacious, looked very updated, the view was good even from the lower level we were at. The room looked even better than the photos online. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping and the Broadway show we saw. Free cookies was a nice touch and they were delicious!

The only thing we could complain about was the pool not being open, but that was noted when we booked and I'm pretty sure the room was cheaper because of this. Ultimately, we chose to stay here because it seemed like great quality for the price we ended up paying (like I said, likely cheaper than normal: $304/n). We stayed extremely busy for the two days we were there, so the pool wasn't missed much.

Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. Well, everyone but the Starbucks lady in the morning. She was not nice.

My only complaint is that the website for the hotel did not specify hours for the bar or the pool food service or bar. We assumed the bar would be open most of the day and the same with the pool food service. Apparently, the pool food/bar is only open Thursday thru Sunday. We were there Monday thru Wednesday. And the hotel bar doesn't open until 4pm. The website should specify these hours and restrictions.

The staff was so friendly. Everyone, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were so polite and it absolutely stood out. They would say, “hello” and ask how we are but it felt genuine, no patronizing. Made the experience very comfortable and this hotel really appealing. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities in the hotel were nice.

Only feedback we have - The digital keys through the Hilton app rarely worked, we mostly just used the physical keys. Also, a fan in the bathroom would be nice. Finally, the remote on the television are awful, laggy, outdated. None of these were serious issues.

Location is excellent. Only 5 minute walk from Magnificent Mile and 10 minute walk to nearest L train

Check in was not as good as it should have been. Originally told there was no booking under our name only to discover the staff member had not listened correctly and then read the wrong part of my passport. We also got wine and chocolate strawberries delivered to our room on the second night and the staff member was quite aggressive when waiting for the room door to be opened and then opened it herself when I was still half undressed even though I had shouted twice that I was coming. As we and many others were staying for the Chicago Marathon it would have been good if the restaurant had opened earlier for breakfast for the athletes as they have done at hotels in all the other cities where a marathon major has been taking place

I particularly liked that upon checkin I was greeted by a warm and pleasant staff member and she even offered us cookies and water. This was particularly nice! Further, check in was a seamless process even though we got in early. We were allowed to leave our bags and return at a later time to check in. Great customer service form every member of staff I interacted with. My friend and I particularly liked that and the ability to get additional bottles of water when we forgot to purchase while out. In addition, the rooms are spacious and clean. One thing I must add is that upon check out I had an issue with my Uber driver who did not come to the hotel to pick me up as scheduled and was charged. The staff at the front desk at the time was most helpful and queried it on my behalf via the app on my mobile and the charge was reversed.

I did not particularly like the shower curtain that is placed in the bathroom. I prefer a glass enclosure but it was not bad. Moreover, I the coffee maker did not work as good as.

The room was comfortable and we liked the pillows.

Our body wash dispenser was empty upon a arrival. The elevators were very slow during peak times and it seemed one or two were inoperable. From floor 3 I waited for 30 minutes to go to the lobby. Others in my party used the stairs, but I was loaded with luggage to checkout. I finally gave up and rode up in order to ride down. There were no towels on the pool deck. However, after I called the front desk an employee came and took care of the guests with towels. I did not like having to buy morning coffee from Starbucks inside the hotel.

The hotel was clean and secure. The bellman was absolutely worth his weight in gold. The pool was great, so great my kids begged me to return as soon as possible each night so they could swim until it closed. The pool also had staffing which was very nice and helpful.

I am unsure if there was a miscommunication on my part or what "breakfast included" meant, but I was told breakfast was somewhere around $30/plate when I arrived. I told the front desk attendant I had reserved a room with breakfast included and showed my confirmation email and they "added" it, but then told me to tell the restaurant in the morning what my room # was and I'd be charged $26. It wasn't worth the hassle to figure out.

This property is essentially located in the fashion district of the magnificent mile. Close enough to all of the major attractions and less than 20 minute walk to Navy pier. When you enter the hotel You are greeted by a grand foyer with a beautiful chandelier with colorful summer petals. The foyer is fragranced with unique floral notes. Upon checking in each guest is handed fresh baked, warm, chocolate chip walnut cookies. Each room was well appointed, & the luxury toiletries added a sophisticated touch to the bathroom. You can enjoy a night cap in the bar or your room with the complimentary rocks glasses. We will stay here each time we visit Chicago.

There wasnt a thing I didn’t like about the property.

Very close to the Navy Pier and to other attractions. The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable and I liked the extra pillows. The fridge in the room was a good size. They also offer a luggage storage facility, which came very handy during my last day.

The bathroom shelves were not clean (maybe an oversight as the rest of the room was spotless). The coffee maker in the room was useless, as it didn’t work properly! Good thing they have a Starbucks in the lobby!
