The room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was off the main road which made it nice and quiet. The parking lot was well lighted and the area felt safe even though it was a bit secluded.

The hotel was being remodeled and while our room had been updated it was clear our bathroom had not been addressed yet. We tried to use the business center/desk for printing and the computer wouldn't connect to the internet and the printer was out of ink and not useable, which was disappointing.

The staff was very helpful. At first I thought there was an issue with my booking but it was just a mistake by the overnight attendant he was new I don’t blame him. He was very accommodating to help rectify my situation and then a staff member who worked overnight fixed everything so that when I woke up in the morning, everything was fixed and there was no issues. The staff is five star.

I just feel like the place needs a little touching up walls cleaned and painted. Bathtubs may be cleaned up a little bit more.

Great variety of food. large area to sit down and have meal. Well stocked. Quiet and pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Liked having a pool which we took advantage of.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was a unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Did not have enough towels, had to ask for some at the desk. No problem getting more towels.

The location was key for us, but it was also away from heavy traffic, but all the major roads were easily accessible. It also was a huge room which was nice to spread out in - it also meant we weren’t running into each other. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Room was comfortable and decently clean there were pretzels near the edge of the bed. Needed to vacuum better. Location of room was fantastic. Breakfast was very good.

Pool was closed for maintenance. Bath tub water spout was not working properly.

The air conditioner was out on our floor - so the hallway was swampy and hotel was under renovations

Their staff are always responsive and helpful. I sooo appreciate that.

Their pool was under maintenance and their parking lot was pretty full.

The location was good and for the most part the rooms were nice.

We couldn't turn off the fan on the A/C/Heater. There was no light bulb in the floor lamp. The TV remote didn't work at all and neither did the TV when we finally it got on manually. Also, when we received our statement the morning we left we learned we had been over charged $42.31 by Booking.com.

The staff was all so wonderful. The breakfast was filling. Pancakes biscuits and gravy, it was like a mini buffet. Room was clean and needs comfy.
