The pool was enjoyable and conveniently located near the grill. There’s something about the aroma of a hamburger on the grill while relaxing in the pool that truly captures the essence of summer. The accommodations were excellent, with a full kitchen and a very comfortable bed.

The only minor issues was that the property’s Direct TV service did not include the local regional sports network, so I was unable to watch the Reds game. Additionally, a thunderstorm caused a temporary loss of signal for approximately 20 to 30 minutes and there is no hot breakfast just cereal, muffins, and cakes

MY FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THE OLD SMELL IN THE ROOM WITHOUT AIR BLOWING. ONCE WE TURNED ON AIR AND USED SOME ROOM FRESHNER THE ROOM BECAME VERY COMFORTABLE. ALTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS DATED WE LOVED THE BED, SIZE OF ROOM, PLENTY OF TOWELS, FRIENDLY STAFF, LOCATION NEAR LOTS OF STORES, CLEAN BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. FORD GARAGE RESTUARNAT WAS A NICE RESTUARANT ACROSS THE STREET. WE DROVE ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO NOAH'S ARK.

BREAKFAST OK BUT NO MEAT OR BISCUIT FOR MY HUSBAND. CHAIR AND LOVESEAT SIT LOW. THE FIRST FLOOR HALLWAY SMELLS LIKE OLD GARBAGE. ONCE WE CLOSED OUR DOOR WE COULD NO LONGR SMELL IT AND IT WAS COMFORTABLE. SURPRISINGLY, WE ENJOYED THIS DATED ROOM. HOUSEKEEPING DID CLEAN ROOM EVERYDAY

I loved that the room had its own kitchenette, and small table. It was perfect for just my husband and I. The little breakfast area with the tv and DVDs was so cute and homey. It felt more like grandma’s house than it did a hotel. The staff were super friendly as well. A previous comment mentioned it was a “lively” area. While I agree it was lively, I don’t think it was bad at all. There was a lot of people as the hotel was full, but there wasn’t chaos or any loud noises that happened. It was a very nice stay, and everyone was very kind and respectful of each other. Such a great place for the price!!

There wasn’t much to not like.

Eric was wonderful called to check on us regarding arrival. The location was perfect. Clean with all amenities in kitchen. Outside was clean with lovely flowers. Free parking right outside door. And bathroom was updated and lots of towels and extras. We enjoyed our stay very much. Was well worth the price. The rooms are large and had great black out curtains for sleep. Even had a bag of pop corn upon arrival and movies in the lounge to take to room. Ps Please tip your maids they work hard to give you a clean room upon arrival.

This is a lived in hotel meaning it is not a botique hotel. Animals allowed and workers stay here for long period of time. Keep that in mind. The room in nice and large bit it did have a few bumps and bruises on the walls and doors. But eveything else compensated for the scratches on paint and and doors. A little touch up would be nice in the future.

The bed was great! Room was clean and they have regular pest control so my husband who is in pest management appreciated that! Staff was very nice and friendly and kept our bed made and towels stocked! Appreciated access to the exercise bike and weights also. Great to have a fridge, sink and stove.

Would have appreciated scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage in addition to the breakfast options but appreciated the hard boiled eggs, yogurt and cereal. Had a temperature issue with the fridge but nothing that affected the use of the fridge and freezer.

It was so homey! I loved the full kitchen and the sweet touches like a handwritten note in the room welcoming me. Excellent facilities including a flat top grill for use and beautiful patio. There were DVDs for borrowing and players in each room. The location was so clean and the staff were all extremely friendly!

The front desk had limited open hours, but they made up for it with a great system for later check-ins and had a number for 24 hour service, not that I needed it! Everything was set up so perfectly.

The gathering area where breakfast was also served. Very cozy and inviting. Free upgrade as two bookings for the room came in at the same time. Michelle was great to work with, as I had a trailer with me. Although they were pretty full that night, I was able to use an extra spot for my trailer by unhooking it and backing it in. I wasn't hungry when I left, but the breakfast options looked good. All the staff were very friendly. This is currently their only location, but are still thinking of expanding. I hope they do that!

We used this hotel to stay at a transit stop on a road trip. Probably family owned, so it was very homey and lovely. The room had a medium refrigerator, microwave, cook stove, dishwasher, and a set of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We stayed with our children, ages 3 and 1. The room was very clean and linens were provided for the four of us. There was a handwritten welcome message and popcorn in the room. It was a nice hospitality. Breakfast included cereal, bagels, English muffins, pancakes, yogurt, snack bar, fruit, boiled eggs, etc. Beverages are coffee, tea, milk, and apple juice. There was always a staff member in the breakfast area at all times to quickly replenish any out-of-stock food items and to quickly clean up any dirty areas. It was a very pleasant breakfast experience, thank you.

We rented a crib for our 1 year old but it was broken and unusable. It was a pack and play crib. I called the contact number to let them know it was broken, but the phone was disconnected. Fortunately we had brought a similar crib ourselves and used it. Also, the hair dryer provided was not clean as the handle was sticky.

The staff were wonderful. I need a packages for my remote. It was like 7:30 p.m. Friday and it didn't take long at all. I have the batteries. They're right on it and very polite and courteous very helpful. And the hotel was beautiful. Very very nice and comfortable. It had a kitchen Little living room area. It was really nice and that shower was the best shower ever. I felt like I was showering under a waterfall. It was amazing. Officially one of my all-time favorite hotels that I have ever stayed!

Clean and spacious; our room offered a full size fridge and an oven, which came in handy. Everything we wanted to do in the Cincinnati area was within a half hour drive, so while not exactly centrally located, it wasn't hard to get places. Temper your expectations regarding traffic, as there seems to be a ton in this area specifically, but that's nothing the hotel can control. This was our second stay here and we'll likely stay again.

Only hiccup was that there was no one at the desk when we arrived to check in, but we were easily able to contact the manager on duty and get checked in. The breakfast was also a little lackluster, but it was free and considering that, I can't really complain.
