Breakfast was good. Very clean area and pleasant hostess. Good variety of items. Barbie at front desk was exceptional! Super friendly and efficient. She was very conscientious about keeping water off floors when kids came through with wet swim suits. I saw her mopping several times during my stay.

The bathroom fan sounded like it belonged in a horror film! I’m sure it’s been replaced or repaired by now. It was really loud. I actually recorded it! We didn’t let this one thing ruin our stay. So many positive things and we don’t live in a perfect world.

Property was secluded and clean for the most part. They are doing some remodeling and it is nicer than when I was there before.

The room was OK there was urine on the back of the toilet and hair in the bed. The mirrors need to be cleaned better.

Breakfast had lots of cold and hot options. The room was a nice size and clean. Hotel is in a great location.

We like when hotels consider conservation efforts and give an option to not have our room cleaned so we can re-use our towels and sheets and save on laundry and water use. Some places say they will replace towels only if you leave them on the floor. At Comfort Suites we used the "do not disturb" tag so our room would not be cleaned.

Hotel was very close to Owensboro Community and Technical College. Quiet. Very nice Lobby. Smooth check in. Bed very comfortable Good coffee in breakfast bar. Room on first floor. .... and Chik Filet was just around the corner ***

We arrived early in the morning.....9am. We were splitting for the day......the men and women. They allowed us to stay in the lobby with all out luggage until they had rooms they could put us in at around noon. They were super accommodating. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay there again.

I was in the process of moving out of the country and sold all my furniture and needed a place to stay for a few nights, and the hotel met my needs. The room was clean and mostly comfortable. The pillows and mattress were pretty comfortable, a little lumpy, but slept fine. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

The staff was nice and it was clean.

The sofa bed needs maintenance. It was missing all support on the lower part of the bed. We had to use the coffee table to support the mattress. They were also out of soap and shampoo.

Location was good and room was nice

Got back one evening and both key cards wouldn’t work. Also they failed to clean the room one day. Had to go down late at night and get towels for 4

The breakfast was satisfactory. I prefer a meat, but not necessary. All facilities were clean and orderly. Parking was sufficient. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Ice dispenser was not working for 3 days on my floor.

Got up too late for breakfast, so went to Denny's (right up the road); clean, comfy, spacious! Easy, friendly check-in.

I think the desk lamp was shorted out (maybe not), but I unplugged that just in case. Could use a phone jack on both sides of the bed.
