Great facility, good breakfast.

Housekeeping failed to clean our room one day — a fairly significant blight on a hotel brand. I emailed a member of the executive staff, but the reply I received was a bland, face-saving corporate response. There was no real effort to “make things right,” the way we strive to treat our own clients. In fact, the lackluster reply only made the experience worse. That said, the rest of the day-to-day staff were excellent.

Loved the shower! The bedding was great. The room size was nice and well laid out. Everything was very clean. The check-in staff was very accommodating. The colorful shades on the window were nice.

I parked on the side and didn't find a ramp for luggage. I had to bring the luggage over a high curb. I was in the breakfast area over an hour before close and most hot food was gone. Would have been nice to have some fruit choices. The room lacked color.

Hotel super clean and the staff was so friendly. So quiet too. Breakfast was excellent. We will stay here again when we do our Bourbon trips!

Conveniently located just off the highway, but far enough away that you do get the noise. Convenient to where I needed to visit. Pleasant room, good breakfast

Staff was wonderful, room was big, seemed brand new, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect for a comfortable stay if you are in the area!

Only down side was there was no pool. Not a deal breaker but one would make it that much better.

I loved how friendly the staff was, how clean the hotel was, and how modern and upscale the rooms are. This hotel is always my stopping poing when driving to and from home. Breakfast seems to always be good and delicious.

The breakfast was good and was ready a little early. It allowed us to continue our journey quickly. The location was a little difficult to find. There were no signs near the highway.

Awesome lobby and breakfast area. The free breakfast had quite a variety to please everyone. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and personable.

The price is a little high for the size room. Also no microwave. Other than that, it's definitely a 10 in my opinion
