The staff were very kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean as was the entire property. The breakfast was great. Location was key, being just minutes away from a wide variety of cafe's, points of interest, and many activities.

I really enjoyed my entire stay here, I don't really have any negative comments

I like the suite aspect although we didn't really use the living area all that much. It's still nice to have extra room. It was nice to have a kitchen and utensils if needed, to fix a simple meal. The bottle opener was a lifesaver. I would definitely stay here again!

It seemed like the thermostat had a governor on it. It would only get so warm in there. You could set it higher but it would never get past 71 or 72°. A door, or even a curtain blocking off the sink area would be nice for some privacy. It's a big area where the shower and toilet were, but no place to really set anything down. A shelf or something in there would be nice.

My friend and I flew in for a 4 day stay. The hotel was in a great location and was a 10-minute safe walk to most locations. My friend and I booked separate rooms, and they made sure we were on the same floor (rooms 1107/1113). I will definitely book another stay.

I was told that I needed to come down to the front desk to pick up clean towels and washcloths. Hot breakfast was served, but bacon was not available any of the days I stayed.

Pros: The staff was absolutely wonderful. Desk staff was friendly. The woman and the young man attending the breakfast offerings were not only good at their jobs, they were also VERY nice, personable. The engineer who came up to fix our toilet was friendly and apologetic. Doormen were helpful and friendly. Location is quiet, safe; it's easy to walk to various attractions. Entire hotel is very clean. Breakfast was excellent. They even had decaf coffee. Elevator is quick.

When we checked into our room after a long day of walking, our toilet wouldn't flush. We were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. When the front desk texted us to ask if our room was ok I replied about the toilet problem but asked them to wait until morning to fix it. The next morning I reported it to the front desk. I know that the info was passed on to engineering, but no none had time to fix it until around 6 or so that evening. The engineer was apologetic and friendly. So, all's well that ends well. Our only other complaint is that we weren't notified of happy hour. Not a deal breaker.

By far one of the BEST things about the property was it’s proximity to ALL of the local attractions! Next would be the hotel itself. The hotel was well maintained, especially in the common areas/shared spaces. The staff was always very professional and accommodating.

- I would suggest defining an area for smokers, and it be at least 25 feet away from the hotel entrance. I loved sitting out front to enjoy the fresh air. However, it was only a matter of time before a smoker arrived and clouded the fresh air with smoke. - To our disappointment, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. It looks like the was an attempt to run a dishwasher cycle, however, there was obviously food particles still on the dishes. - The HVAC system in the sleeping area made for some very disruptive sleep. It cycled incessantly! - I would also add that the pillows need to be replaced. Ours were very flat and caused a lot of neck discomfort. - Finally, the toilet ran constantly.

My husband and I were very happy with the hotel. We were looking for a hotel with a fully equipped kitchen because we are both vegetarians and weren't sure if Louisiana would offer enough options. That's why we wanted to be able to cook for ourselves. The kitchen was great—there could have been a few more dishes, but it was fine for us. The hotel is very centrally located and everything was within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and reliable and happy to help. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms once because I hadn't booked for the entire stay from the beginning. But here too, they accommodated us and made it as easy as possible for us. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Coffee was also available free of charge in the lobby throughout the day.

We had no complaints.

I pretty much liked everything. The check in was smooth everyone at the front desk was really nice. The area was really quiet (which I loved) it was surprising because it is downtown. It was only a two block walk to bourbon and canal streets. The breakfast area was really neat and clean the eggs and potatoes were really good. The fruit choices they has were fresh. I would stay here again. The damage fee was only a extra $75 ( that I got back) and not $150 like a lot of them are around town. Love that they have valet and we did not have to search for a place to park. Shower pressure was the BEST from a hotel!

The overnight valet price of $56 is ludicrous When booking the room no where said the price of overnight valet. We did not see that price until we pulled into the valet area. The sausage at the breakfast bar was disgusting(rubbery). My kids are bougie so they did not think they had enough breakfast choices. Like I told them they feed you so you can be on your way we are not at home. Tub had a bad crack in it but again we weren't at home and it served it's purpose. We were able to bathe and go on about our day. Also one more thing I love a good soft pillow but those pillows were TOO soft so soft that they were uncomfortable.

We were upgraded to a 2 room suite over our one room and were very pleased. The kids were able to play and we were able to move around and get things done without them being under foot. The kitchen had a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and full size refrigerator. It was supplied well. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very accommodating from the onset. They were very happy to offer assistance in things to do and the best way to accomplish them. Not too far from the French quarter, within walking distance if you so choose and there are restaurants close by as well. Looking forward to another trip to New Orleans in the future and would definitely consider staying here again.

Parking garage not onsite, so with children we did decide to use valet. A little inconvenience mixed in with the convenience of it all. Have to pay for parking regardless, $30.00 for parking garage, $55.00 for valet, plus taxes and fees.

Rooms were great. We stayed with three children. Lots of room. Having the ability to cook is an added plus. It saves a lot of money on a family trip like this. The location is wonderful for a family. Just outside the French quarter so you are near, but not inside all the noise and alcohol. Breakfast is decent (though it does not change from day to day which would be expected for a hotel this size, and there are not enough seats in the peak hours).

One of the reasons we chose the place was because of the pool. We know that Christmas day would be cold and rainy with most things closed. But the pool was closed despite being told that it would be open. :-(

It was above exceptional! The staff were attentive, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a fantastic location to Canal Street and Bourbon Street. A simple trolly ride away from French market. The room was Awesomesauce from top to bottom extremely clean soft cozy beds icy cold air really helped with the humidity. Extremely spacious full size fridge and dishwasher fully equipped kitchen area. Cozy living room with large windows and a selfie light. Adorable little balcony not mentioned online but definitely should be because the view was amazing. Hearty delicious breakfast served in the morning. Fantastic indoor pool; my granddaughters first time swimming. Definitely will stay there again. Thank you Homewood suites by Hilton in New Orleans you treated me like a queen and I appreciate it.
