As always a great stay at a Drury Plaza. This one in New Orleans is only a short walk away from the main tourist areas. The streetcar is just a few yards away from the hotel too. Included in the room rate is a great breakfast and the 5.30pm kickback adding value to the stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. For those fancying a dip there is a rooftop pool with sunloungers, chairs and tables. Pool towels are provided free of charge. All the staff - front of house, bar, dining area and housekeeping were fantastic. We just love Drury Plaza Hotels and always stay at them where we can.

There was nothing to fault.

The people at the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dinners were buffet and included in the stay. There were also excursions that would pick you up at the front of the hotel. Swimming pool was on the 6th floor.

It was in the business district which was not bad, but it was only 3 streets down from the stadium the saints play in, so game day was crazy especially with the road work being done. But there was nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Superb value especially with breakfast and kickback including three alcoholic drinks per adult Front desk Staff were super helpful. Parking 34$ +tax with in and out privileges for 24hrs. Pool on 6th floor was small but perfect and it wasn't too busy for our Monday night stay. There was even a hot tub. Towels provided near the pool. Gym was great and served its purpose.

My only complaint is breakfast was supposed to be until 10am but restaurant staff started taking food away at 945/950am. Thank goodness we arrived at 930am.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had to stay an extra night due to Hurricane Francine. The staff were super accommodating. Nothing was a bother. The location is excellent. There is a trolley stop right near the hotel. The superdome and French Quarter were a short walk away.

Room comfy, good shower, good coffee machine. Breakfast poor with same items each morning. Free evening meal good. Location was good, tram stop outside, short walk to French quarter.

The breakfast and evening "snack" were plenty for us and it was great to have them onsite. The hotel is well located just about a 15 minute walk to lots of stuff to see.

The carpeting could use an upgrade, but the beds were good.

What a warm welcome! The staff couldn't do enough for us, we were treated like family from the moment we arrived. We were 5.5 hours early for check-in to ask if we could drop our bags and go out to explore the city. Instead, we were upgraded by Dee to a bigger room that was immediately available, and told to hurry back down for breakfast - despite having not stayed the previous night. We were also allowed to stay in our room an extra 2 hours beyond check out time - for free - given we had a late flight. The bar was a lovely spot to warm up at night given the unexpectedly cold weather - and watching Nola mixing up fabulous cocktails for us was a sight not to be missed (ask for the Sazerac!). Every employee we passed gave us a warm greeting. There's also a 5.30pm 'kick-back' for 90 minutes where you can get free buffet food, and 3 drinks - each. Totally above and beyond, we really loved our stay. Thank you Drury Plaza team! The location was also good, a few blocks down from Canal Street, running onto Bourbon Street - so not far to get to the heart of the French Quarter or streetcars.

Staff were the highlight for me. It is in a super safe neighborhood. Won't be able to enter the hotel (except at the guarded main entrance) or take the lift to anywhere without a key card. I stayed there for a little over 11 nights and had the most wonderful chats with the staff there. Everyone is so lovely! I was given a free upgrade! It was a nice little 1 bhk, excellent (except for a couple of thjngs), excellent washroom and basin, wonderful bedroom with the best view (again thanks to all the staff at the reception). I cannot appreciate and thank the staff more. I don't know if it's Southern hospitality or New Orleans but they were possibly the best staff I hsbe ever come across. Ready smile, warm greeting, and they genuinely want you to have a good time. The security guards at the entrance have the best suggestions for tourists-- places only locals would know.

The sofas and carpets could be cleaned/vacuumed/replaced. I have dust allergies and I would sneeze uncontrollably in the room.

I participated in a drink with a coupon given to me by front dest. But after standing in line. I realized I forgot the coupon in the room. I ran back to my room and back to the line. At this point a manager told me they close atv7pm and it was now 7:03. I was upset. After 5mins or so. The same manager came back and apologized and explained their license doesn't allow to go passed the time limit. I understood and the manager decided to comp me 2 beers from the other bar which was open to the public for money but waved the fees for me. He did a great job and saw I was in line earlier and understood my situation...Thank you for taking care of the customer first...

The morning staff was starting to break down the breakfast stations early. I understand they have a time limit to be held to. But by taking things down early. The hotel isn't holding their end of the advertised said breakfast until the tike they promised...

Perfect location, close enough to walk to French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was a little too dark.
