The apartment was very comfortable, quiet, and we had just about everything we needed. We comfortably walked everywhere we wanted to go, plenty of places to eat nearby. Restaurant downstairs was great!

No hand soap in bathroom. Toilet paper holder in our unit was loose and not installed correctly. Power outlet didn’t work in bathroom. Toilet seats were loose. No grab bars in shower. A couple of more comfortable chairs in living room area would be great. Trash closet was way full. Security doors were often left wide open.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Very Quiet. It was a nice stylish apartment.

You will get a lot of text messages and emails reminding you to check in online. That's all okay though! Remember - when you get the door codes sent to you - you need to put them in at the entrance gate and then push the door slightly before pulling it. Took a minute to work that out hahah!

Great location just outside the main action. Very easy walk to French Quarter and other attractions. Apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Wine bar was a plus!

Although the apartment was clean, there were a number of maintenance items that needed attention. Nothing major--just loose or detached drain plugs, door stops, toilet paper holder, etc. The biggest negative was the sound made by the a/c unit in the adjacent unit. The low hum seemed to vibrate through the wall keeping me up unless our unit was also running and drowning out the sound.

It was a really nice place! lots of room and they had everything we needed. beds were a little hard but there were so many pillows I feel like it made up for it! I felt very safe the entire time! checking in was a breeze, loved the security codes.

it was a great place, so this is gonna be a little bit-picky 😅 it looked like it could use some deep cleaning, like walls and baseboards and the floor got my feet dirty from walking on it. everything else was clean! there wasn’t much of a view on the third floor so if that’s important to you ask for a higher floor (there’s 5). there was also some noise from other doors in the halls closing and stuff, it wasn’t a big deal but I’m a light sleeper.

Excellent! Check-in instructions worked fine. Hallways, elevator, apartment all clean & well maintained. Apartment is roomy, quiet, nicely decorated, kitchen well equipped, nice linens, beds comfy, A\C good. Recommended. Walking distance to Bourbon Street, restaurants and other points of interest, large grocery store within two blocks, very close to street car stop, only $10 for Uber to River cruise, etc., great location for our needs.

Parking is nearby but expensive, we stayed at Premium Parking P373, clean and well lit, easy walk to apartment, but $34.23 per day x 3 days, $45.48 for the 4th day (some event happening apparently), total of $148.17 US, which is over $200 for us Canadians! Ouch. Easy to pay and renew via text but it sure adds up

The Sonder has a great location, over a nice quiet wine bar. You can walk to the convention center or french quarter in 15 min. There is also a big supermarket close by. The Sonder hat a big living/dining room with an open good equipped kitchen. All three bedrooms were comfortable, had a closet and a window. There were lots of towels. We did not need anything extra, but it would have been possible to contact Sonder stuff by texting/calling.

I did the checkin in advance before the trip, which was good because it took quite long. I had to scan my ID with my phone and I was worried who will see my ID when I uploaded it. But you have to go through this checkin process to finalize the booking and get the check in codes an the receipt.

Great Apartment with everything you need, great living room and kitchen, 2 Bedroom with 2 Bathroom, all very stylish not fare from convention center, nice restaurant on base level

Sign in was quite difficult since number only without the call button, did talk 15 Minutes with service lady on mobile phone which could not realy help but another guy who did rent too on side helped me and showed me how to get in. Price on bookin.com did not match with price charging on my credit card, there was 50 Euro more than price on booking.com

Great location, quiet but close enough to walk to central city. Very clear entry instructions and basic essentials provided, with top ups if needed. Sonder were responsive to questions and accommodating to extra requests. Really easy to deal with through the app and by phone.

Had a stressful start as requested travel cot was not there as promised. Very tired after a day of travelling and had to wait 2 hours for it to arrive.

They were king size beds in every room. It was roomy and clean plus, I had a great little balcony. There are a few minor things wrong with it but nothing worth complaining. It was a very nice place.

He had to park the next block over, but it wasn’t bad to walk

the location was perfect - quiet but easy access to the streetcars (we parked our car and didnt move it for the entire stay). The unit was the right size for us - single bedroom. And tons of windows - and no privacy issues because the views were really limited (I liked the daylight and didnt need a vista). The service was great. When we discovered the coffee maker didnt work, they replaced it that day while we were out (so just one morning where I needed to improvise to get my morning coffee and it didnt impact our plans).

The kitchen equipment needs some replenishment - utensils are very limited (two teaspoons, four forks). Not a huge deal but some more silverware would be great. The cookware is likewise very limited - medium skillet, one very small saucepan and one large pot. We wanted a kitchen to cook some meals and they worked but still very limited. Food storage is non-existent. There is no pantry and no cabinet that works for this very well - our dry food just sat on the counters. Workable but not easy. I was not familiar with Chromecast and found it cumbersome to access. There are no local channels available on the TV. Again, not terrible, just not ideal.
