The property is so beautiful and centrally located. I loved the architecture, the design of the rooms and the lobby area. I had a very early morning checkout and one of the attendants helped me with my bags and waited with me on the side of the road until the Uber came. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I would definitely stay here again.

There was some renovation work being done which meant that the original entrance to the hotel was not accessible. It meant a bit more tugging of my luggage up the entrance stairs and to the check in area. The staff assisted. Because of the renovation there was a slightly off scent at the entrance it was perhaps paint. I am willing to forgive as the hotel was engaged in well needed renovation. I loved my room except for the slightly dated bathroom. After complaining the team came and made repairs. I would recommend that more work be done to improve the bathrooms as is the case in the main room area.

I like the value for money at this hotel. It's safe, comfortable, attractive and a reasonable walk to interesting attractions.

We had to ask multiple times (3) for sheets on the pull-out bad, which was a naked mattress. Why did we have to ask so many times, and why wouldn't the hotel have some sheets already placed on it? No room service for the babysitter. Also, the room (616) shared a wall with the elevator, so we heard all the mechanical noises at night.

Breakfast was not included because it is a la carte! It would be useful to include it in the future !

The hotel was clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the city. The bar staff were also friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, spacious and quiet. It had everything I needed. I also arranged a late check out which staff were more than happy to accommodate. The location was excellent as it was walking distance from Canal Street, Bourbon Street and the Superdome.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel or the location.

The lobby was beautiful with the Christmas decorations and staff that greeted us at the entry door was beyond friendly and helpful. Pat, the front desk agent was great! Explained all amenities and offered additional help if we needed it. The lobby bar was gorgeous with the red velvet, and we really enjoyed the DJ that was there on Friday night (11/15) as we managed to get the place bumping/dancing!

The thermostat in our room was not working but we didn't realize it until after we had gone to bed on our first night as it was so HOT in the room. We called down to the front desk in the morning and they immediately sent someone up to replace the battery and getting it working again. Also, the toilet did not flush properly. We let the front desk know about it when we checked out as when we called down to the front desk on our 2nd day to report it, we got left on hold for over 20 minutes so had to hang up as we had somewhere to be. Other than that, no other issues and we enjoyed our stay.

The Hotel is beautiful, rooms very well appointed and bed extremely comfortable.

Staff (some) were quite rude. I was never informed about the heritage tax and when I enquired was sent a message back (booking.com) to say it was included however it was not. Lifts were down, only one working, then both brokedown and we have to use the staff lifts then they closed that down and we had a walk up to 4 flights of stairs! Staff really did not give a crap about that. The water/milk on offer downstairs became a nightmare, people spilling on tiles and I went for a bit of a slip.

Stylish hotel, nice architecture, confortable rooms. Just few block from famous French quarter and Barboun street, perfect place to stay. Breakfast not included (with my rate) but at very affordable price, great dining room.

Overnight Parking very expensive (40$) but it’s not due to hotel

Everything was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious. The peanut butter and jelly’s were delicious. The hotel is in a perfect area to reach anyplace you want to go.

Unfortunately the rooftop pool was closed. My partner stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and they loved the pool. The breakfast was fine but overpriced in my opinion. Much better options for breakfast nearby.

My room was great. I had plenty of closet space. The desk and nightstand were USB ready for my cellphone. The bed was nice and comfortable. The friendly service at the front desk, the valet service and the dining experience for breakfast was awesome. I felt like I was at home with family. I will definitely come back to this location.

Let the entertainment and bar area stay open a little longer, so I can enjoy the atmosphere a with family and friends.
