The location was great. It was central but not in a very noisy area. There was a supermarket down the street and a bar downstairs.

We had a number of issues as the dining chair was broken, The dishwasher needed to be repaired and the toilet in the second bathroom started leaking and stopped working. The staff responded to these issues really well but they introduced hassle into the stay.

I loved my stay at the Sextant! My apartment was even better than expected and super clean. I almost rented a car but so glad I didn’t because the location is amazing and is a walking distance from almost everywhere.. restaurants/bars/museums/Bourbon Street…. The staffs were always just a call away and very helpful. I felt very safe here as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again. 😁

Pretty cool place, all remote access and even the concierge was a face on the computer screen. Garage parking available and valet service available as well. Great rooftop pool for lap swimming or just lounging. Nice one bedroom studio type apartment that was spacious and well apportioned.

The smell in the hallway was not welcoming, kind of a bitter astringent smell which we reported at the end. The room smell was ok. The parking garage was tough to navigate with our midsized rental as support posts were really close together. Valet service is no usually on site so you have to wait a while for them to get your car.

The wall art was everything, the view was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the deep tub was relaxing…

Pool no shade cover very hot

Neighborhood looks a little scruffy but facility was secure and clean. The decor was fun and we had lots of space in the apartment. 2-bedrooms & 2 bathrooms for the same price as a boring hotel room! The bag of ground coffee was a treat.

For our particular apt: There are were small spots of mold in the shower that needed a little bleach. Also the end of a nail or staple sticking out of the floor in larger bedroom’s closet below the ironing board and another staple top protruding in front of the dryer. Very hazardous for bare feet!! 😳 I wish there was milk or half & half for the coffee. I don’t love the mystery ingredients in nondairy creamer.

The owner and staff were very attentive, we had some issues with locating the property due to a mix up with our booking, as there were so many Roami’s we accidentally attended the wrong property. They resolved the issues promptly and provided us the opportunity to stay at the property that night and make the transfer in the morning. Provided complimentary drinks in abundance as a gesture of good will, the service was seamless, professional and to a very high standard. We liked Brandy wine as it was staffed and there were always staff around to support during core hours and it felt safe. The property is efficient, clean and great for hosting friends within great proximity to key areas ans attractions.

The codes on doors, I would prefer a key

The apartment itself was amazing - really big and spacious and decorated nicely. The facilities in the apartment were brilliant too with fully equipped kitchen. The pool area was a firm favourite as well and brilliant to have a cool down in. The staff around the property were so lovely and, as we had a late flight the day we were checking out, the staff gave us access to our room for the full day which was hugely appreciated given the hot weather outside! Lastly the location is brilliant with a great sized supermarket close by for food - loved our stay, thank you.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Location, decor, kitchen, and size and cleanliness of unit were great. Also appreciated easy access.

2 negatives: Patio abutted pool patio and was not private. People at the pool frequently looked into unit; had loud conversations. Demarcation between spaces should be clearer. Entry is by code but they turn off the lobby door code as soon as you check out which means you lose access to luggage storage. Lobby door code should remain active for up to 8 hours after check out.

The Apartment was lovely and the rooftop pool and seating area was great! We found it really relaxing. There was an area you could help yourself to what you needed in the room which was really helpful! There was basically everything you needed in the apartment.

The wifi didn’t really work we tried contacting them a couple of times but nothing was done. There was some noise outside the room. But neither of these were major issues. We would definitely go back!
