The staff, dining areas, breakfasts, dinner options, lobby, and decor were all great. Greetings, signing in, waitresses in the dining room, and departure staff were all friendly and helpful. There is construction in the area, so the staff had to answer some extra questions about getting around/through the construction.

We had room 201, which was fine except for the bathroom. It is small, and the toilet was so low it reminded me of the squatty potties in China. I did use the bathroom near the lobby once, and that had a toilet at a height a senior citizen would consider normal/comfortable. Why doesn't a hotel as nice as this in so many other ways think about having some rooms with higher toilets for senior citizens? This does not require a whole ADA setup, just consideration for people who may have bad knees, hips, or back problems.

It was so nice to have daily housekeeping. It’s the first time in several years I’ve stayed anywhere my bed was made each day and the trash was emptied. And plenty of fresh towels without having to request them! The complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice perk. And the coffee at the beverage station was wonderful.

More than one trash receptacle in the room. An additional wastebasket in the bathroom or near the sink would have been nice.

The location was easily accessible and close to amenities, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the lobby and lounge have been beautifully redone and very comfortable and inviting.

This hotel is unique. It seems like it was maybe a former motel that was rehabbed somewhat recently. There’s 2 floors and an elevator in the lobby; however, the elevator brings you to a short hallway, where you then exit to the outside. All of the rooms, on both floors, are accessed from the outside only. It’s clear that the hotel has worked to update the rooms, but it did still sort of have that motel room feel.

The staff was excellent and very hospitable. Beautiful decor and artwork in lobby and common areas. Safe location Cleanliness and quality of linens and towels. Breakfast was delicious, and the attendant was very kind and kept everything well stocked and clean. The owner came by during breakfast and asked how our stay was. Very kind and personable. Beats staying in the chain hotels for sure. Would definitely stay here again. Thomas is a valuable asset. A perfect front desk attendant. He went above and beyond to help us out and make us feel welcomed.

Close to a nice store, VERY friendly staff, and great breakfast!! Sadly, we missed the Happy Hour!! Slept quite well!

I didn't want to bother the staff, but window latch in our room was obviously damaged, & had to sort of 'smack' it into slot for safe attachment, albeit we ALMOST chose to change rooms due to that issue. Rm 3rd from end near market on rear of facility.

Lovely place, felt like a ski chalet with lovely decor, art everywhere. Really lovely modern breakfast and lounge facilities. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Breakfast was a level above standard fare, with the normal items plus waffles, scrambled eggs, and sausages. Enjoyable stay, pleasantly surprised - would stay again.

Need an extra toaster in the breakfast area to stop the delays at breakfast from people queuing to use the single toaster. Because the entrance to rooms is from outdoors which is lit up overnight, it is not possible to sleep with the blinds open because it is too bright. The air conditioner was very loud.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was better than average.

The highway location is convenient if you have a car but not very walkable. This appears to be an older hotel that has been renovated. The refreshed rooms feel dated compared to newer places.

The property , lobby, breakfast room, hotel room were clean and ascetically pleasing. The staff were quite welcoming, provided information about the hotel proactively and exceeded expectations. The breakfast met expectations. The coffee options exceeded expectations.

The room was comfortable and the outdoor pool was perfect for the very hot day we were there. The front desk staff were great. The bar and bartender is one of the nicer ones we have been at. The breakfast was average.

We found the beds too soft.

Some of the rooms can only be entered from outside the building (not connected to lobby) which was wasn’t great when it was raining.
