in general, fine. Good staff, breakfast, location, etc.

Two things needed improvement: There's a ledge to step up to and down from the room. I understand this is to reduce flooding. However, there should be a reminder on the inside and outside of the room door -- "Step up" "Watch your step", etc. Even "knowing" the step was there, both my husband and I tripped, and my husband took a fall. I believe a little sign could have prevented this. Secondly, an electrical upgrade is needed. There aren't enough outlets for travelers today and our phones, Kindles, computers, etc. Also the lights dimmed whenever the heat or AC came on.

The room was very clean. We were 3 adults in a 2nd floor 2 bedroom suite with sleep sofa in the living room. We did not take advantage of the breakfast and there was plenty of hot water for 3 showers each morning. Beds and sleep sofa were all comfortable. Downtown Main Street was about a 10 minute drive with ample shops, taverns and waterfront. Arcadia National Park is about 20 minutes away providing outdoor recreation with swimming and an ample selection of hiking trails with phenomenal mountain top views in multiple locations. The sunset on top of Cadillac Mountain was breathtaking.

The parking was a little tight, however we never had a problem finding a parking spot near our room or getting in and out of the parking lot onto the street.

Staff were not particularly helpful. I couldn’t use my phone and needed to call a local kayak / paddle board company to make a booking as they didn’t take bookings online but the staff member said she couldn’t use the main reception phone or her own phone to help me so I had to drive there to make a booking instead. If that was me, I would have just used my own mobile phone for the customer.

the room is clean and has good space. the bathroom has a spacious shower with full bathing supply.

the only thing bothered us was that the room is very close to the main road so it could get a bit noisy from the traffic in the night or early morning.

The staff was great. The staff serving breakfast in the morning was pure perfection.

Our door had to literally throw your body into to open door. In the morning, I would try to go get my coffee before my husband woke up. But, after opening door he got woke up every morning. He was not happy. We were in room 119

Loved the distance to main attractions. The view was great! Staff all very nice.

The room could use some updating. We were in a larger room, traveling with family, so it would’ve been nice if there were outlets near a mirror not in the bathroom.

location. and friendly staffs. our kid kept asking but banana and they went to another hotel near by and borrowed some bananas for us. I thought that was really sweet of them.

we got the last room and at night there were lot of insects entering our room due the light right outside the room door

The room was great, the breakfast was not great at all, and the bathroom was perfectly pleasant.

The breakfast, poor coffee and all packaged dishes save for an orange and an apple. And NO milk alternative for the bad coffee.

It is close to Acadia National Park and there are nearby restaurants.

We checked in late and were very tired of our drive from Vermont. The next morning at 10:00 am, housekeeping knocked on our door wanting us to check out early so they can clean the room. Check out is 11:00 am and guests should not be bothered as we are fully aware that we should leave the premises by 11 am.

Convenient location dor Acadia National Park Access with immediate access to the Island hopper bus if you require it

May run out of Parking spaces in peak season or Saturdays, but they have a sister property nearby to accommodate overflow parking. We paid a high price, but it is peak season rates, I guess
