Excellent breakfast with many options to choose from - omelets, breakfast potatoes, overnight oats, fresh fruit, sausage/bacon, fresh pastries, yogurt, waffles… My family loved it! It was a great way to start the day filled with activities in Acadia and Bar Harbor. Great location and clean, well maintained property. Nice view of Frenchmen’s Bay from balcony.

Any staff member we encountered very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, loved having coffee and tea available at night. Bonus for the pastries and fruit after breakfast closed. Room was clean and modern.

View from the room was the parking lot. I get it, some people are going to get that view. I was hoping for a better view because reservations were made in August. However in your defense I had no idea Bar Harbor was going to be packed that weekend.

Room was very spacious and clean. It's hard to find a hotel for a family of 5 and this fit the bill. I used the laundry facilities and that was also very convenient. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. We especially liked the ice water refill station to fill our water bottles before hikes. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Location is great, close to Acadia entrance. Rooms are clean and comfortable and views from room are awesome. They have a great selection at hot breakfast. They have great facilities such as pool, gym, kids play area etc. Coffee, hot chocolate etc are available through out the day and are a nice touch. Overall we had a great stay here.

The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the pools and hot tubs were nice as well. The hotel is up on a hill above the rest of the city, and on the free shuttle line as well which was convenient though we didn't make use of it. Just outside of the really busy downtown areas, but still walkable to downtown if inclined. Was really convenient to be able to go out the back streets into Acadia National Forest with no hassle as well. There were blueberry bushes with fruit on them right along the building where we parked, which was cute.

Minor nit, the large base of the lamps on the bed side tables left little room to actually put other things on them due to the plugs facing out into the space where you'd want to put things like phone/glasses/tv remote/glass of water. The sofa bed only had one pillow and a light quilt in the closet for it, but that's really on us that we didn't ask for more. The skinny streets up the hill are not very wide, especially when a shuttle bus is going by the other way, so definitely need to take it slow and easy, but that's true all through town as well.

When we arrived the house keeping immediately came and changed out the dirty sheets on our sofa bed. There was hair in them and theu were not fresh. So I appreciate the fact that they did that in a timely manor. Other than that the hotel was clean and met my standards for a hotel.

The hotel is not worth $700+ per night. This is maybe a $180 priced hotel in a normal town. No "view". Same breakfast items each day. No variety.

beautiful clean room, excellent view of the sun rise and set over the ocean waters. Room were clean and staff was very friendly. 24 /hr cold water and coffee/ tea variety available for free. Breakfast was wonderful, hot and with multiple choices. A place you'll want to stay at each visit to Bar Harbor ME.

Close to bar harbor , very clean, good selection on breakfast, pools were nice, staff at front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff and it was nice to be out of Bar Harbor town as very touristy and busy. The free shuttle bus is great and saves you from needing to drive your car as parking in Bar Harbor is minimal and expensive.

Our room was a bit tired re furnishings.

Newer, clean, friendly and helpful staff, close to the park and downtown.

We checked at the end of our stay, out of curiosity and a possible return trip, and another nicer hotel very close to the water / downtown had a few better room rates the same weekend. The water drainage in the sink was slow.
