Again love this motel so very much. It's my home away from home

I was disappointed this time. We booked the king apartment and the cleaning that was done was so bare minimum that my wife spent most of our stay cleaning the room before we could enjoy it. The fridge was gross there was trash left in the garbage area from the last person there was trash and nasty old food under the counters. The silverware holder had dirt all through it. The list gose on. We will definitely be back because we do love and enjoy this motel but my wife was upset she wasn't able to enjoy the jet tube in our room or be able to enjoy the comfort of the hole room where we only had it for one night. Hoping that the next time will be better and we both can enjoy the room.

Loved the view, fair cost, location, and the room was beautiful. Loved the Roku TV option.

No breakfast included. (It’s not that expensive to offer some coffee, bagels, cereal, etc… to guests). There is a Dunkin 3 min away. Some of the vending machines were out of order, and they really need to renovate the bathrooms. I stayed in a sweet and my small apartment has a better shower. .

It was totally convenient for walking to restaurants.. close to the harbor walking trail /sidewalks which is absolutely stunning. A beautiful view of the harbor and easy to find, would go again.

The smell of the room was a little funky.. we could not find a place for a sit down breakfast.. the the hotel offered coffee, muffins, cakes for a price.

Nice, big spacious room. Love the jacuzzi in the bedroom. Kitchen was nice, too. Great room overall.

Minor things, some dimmer switches were broken. The room was too warm though we didn't turn up heat. Seemed like the rooms below turned their heat on and it rose to our room.

Our room had a lovely view of the harbor, though we were only there for one night and didn't have time to enjoy it.

The corridors are not climate controlled, and it was HOT! Not a big deal because the room was cool and comfortable, but had we been hauling children and luggage, that would have been unpleasant.

Our room was a lot bigger than expected & really nice. We had a great view of the harbor & right around the corner from Main Street.

The bathroom lighting wasn't great. No lights over the mirror. There's a mirror in hall also but no light over that either.

We enjoyed the salt water pool (I don't remember seeing that it was salt water in the description) and the location, just across the street from the harbor.

The key cards often didn't always work the first time. The exercise room, in particular, had a chancey lock.

Location

The window setup. Needs longer curtains! I know we sleep in the dark, but if you were to duck down and peak under the blind, you can see both beds. I wasn’t very comfortable with that. To me and my friend, it was definitely a weird set up.

Staff was super friendly. Room was clean with a view of the harbor and easy walk to downtown. Room was good headboard could use some attention. But was really satisfied with overall

The property was a hidden treasure - exceeded expectations! Lovely property located right in the middle of restaurants, yet still down by the waterfront area.
