The charm. & staff. We usually do waterfront if that’s available but because Camden is a small town where the waterfront is easily accessible it wasn’t an issue. The staff was so kind & accommodating. The breakfast was delicious!!! I had my fav: avocado w/toast & yogurt w/granola was amazing. The potatoes need some revising. The rooms although small were beautifully decorated. Mobility may be an issue for some. It’s a beautifully decorated BNB & I would definitely come back again!!! The staff should get recognition from management, bc without them you wouldn’t have bookings. I was a bit hesitant to book bc the pics on the site didn’t represent the beauty of the place. Also it didn’t showcase the breakfast as it should have. I also was hesitant bc I usually don’t book with no cancelation but I took a chance & am I glad I did!!! Very satisfied with my stay.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very accommodating when we asked for a modification. The French press didn't work so well and produced a very gritty coffee and the complimentary coffee machine in the lobby didn't work for us. I enjoyed the very hands off approach of this property, but sometimes it was almost too hands off.

Our room was a little small but there were plenty of storage spaces and surfaces for us to arrange our belongings, so the size of the room wasn't horrible but did make moving a little tight.

The location was great. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Staff was very helpful. Outside seating areas were comfortable, blankets were provided to take the chill off in the evening air.

There were several outdoor heaters, specifically in our private garden, however there were no gas tanks in them. Staff were busy with dinner guests so we did not bother them and took advantage of the blankets instead.

Loved the facility classic beautiful excellent breakfast big shout out to Megan the manager Steve the bartender Tom the cook in the nice lady who made us breakfast. Will be back again. Had a wonderful time there. I almost forgot the nice lady that welcomed us. I think it's Kaylee something like that I apologize.

I should've booked more time there and not stayed at the other place as long felt real comfortable

The location was great! Easy to get to anywhere in town and great jumping off point to other destinations. Breakfast was fantastic. They offer happy hour but I did not take advantage of it. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. Wish I had booked dinner at the restaurant.

Although the room was nice and very comfortable, it would have been nice to know when booking that the building location was across and down the street from their main building where breakfast was served. If you book, ask which building and access to the room as there are no elevators and if you have large luggage it will take an effort to get up the stairs. I had a room on the 2nd floor which was manageable. The 3rd floor I can only imagine.

If you are in need of respite, I can't say enough good things about this place! After a several month stretch of extreme work and familial stress, this was my last stop on a trip to Acadia/down the Maine coast, and the hospitality was unparalleled. The concierge personally walked over to show me the way to the "Hideaway" property, and the combined bar/check-in desk was so creative. You have access to a kitchen with refrigerator, stocked coffee pod machine, and a wonderful lounge area. My room (really a suite, which was bigger than I expected) had a sitting room, the fluffiest pillows my head has ever met, and tasteful soothing decor. Later that night, enjoyed a delicious cocktail and dessert in front of the fireplace of the cozy lounge - I had already eaten dinner elsewhere but the chef seems to be quite skilled. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious - freshly squeezed juice and pastries, packaged yogurts available for grab-and-go, outstanding sausages and eggs, all in such a calming environment.

We had a great stay! I booked last-minute and expected to be shoved into their smallest room, but I was pleasantly surprised when we were assigned a suite with a separate living room, two TVs, an extremely comfortable king-size bed, a jacuzzi, and a gas fireplace.

Getting to our room (the Sunflower Suite) required a climb up a very steep staircase. This wasn't a problem for us--and, ultimately, we enjoyed having the whole top floor of one of the inn's buildings to ourselves--but it could be for others. Breakfast was pretty basic (eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, pastries both days of our stay), but it was included in the price of the room, which we liked.

Breakfast was lovely-service exceptional . They ran out of avocados midweek so no more avocado toast!😩

Room very cramped but first floor as requested. Chairs exceptionally uncomfortable so could not remain in room to read!

The location was great - easily walkable to all restaurants and shops in town. The AC in the room worked well. It was great to have complimentary laundry!

The walls were somewhat thin to hear water running through pipes, and the locks on doors beeping. The mattress was too soft.

Every genius detail of this amazing stay was exceptional. You won't find anything like it anywhere. It is rare to find such personality and soul coupled with excellence in every detail that makes a stay exceptional.

Nothing could have been improved, literally everything was beyond expectations.
