Just the most fantastic place to stay! Excellent location, directly opposite the beach, great view from the room and also the garden of the inn. The owners were fantastic, they have a little station where you can help yourself to coffee, tea, water and snacks, cookies in the afternoon and a three course breakfast (which was fantastic!). The rooms and very clean and comfortable with lots of fluffy white towels (and a blue face cloth for removing makeup). We were really encouraged to make ourselves at home, it was brilliant!

This was our second stay at the Spouter Inn BnB because it is an exceptional place to stay. The Inn is charming and immaculate. Our hosts Tracy and Mark have thought of everything to make our stay perfect. From the 5-star breakfast to the homemade treats in the afternoon. The location is ideal. The ocean is directly across the street and viewed from the rocking chairs on the front porch. You can walk to several restaurants. We will definitely stay again next year.

It’s a lovely home! In addition to the expected delicious breakfast, the hosts provide snacks, towels for the beach, and coffee and a variety of teas always available. There are also Keurigs in the well-appointed, quiet and comfortable rooms. The location is excellent, so close to Camden, and within striking distance of Acadia National Park. The beach is directly across the street! It is right on the main road, so there is traffic noise from the otherwise idyllic front porch. But we even appreciated that, because the passing traffic was a constant source of entertainment for our two-year-old grandson. The corn hole game on the front lawn was a big hit.

Fabulous breakfasts. I really liked how they gave us different choices every day. The yogurt delicious and so much to add. I love nuts and crunchies. Coffee and espressos wonderful. The inn is conveniently located near lobster shacks so we were able to walk to get food in the evenings and we came for that seafood and salt air, so perfect. Close to a winery, which we had on our list to do and a short drive to other places we wanted to visit. It wasn't overly crowded with tourists, like some of the other towns nearby. We wanted peace and quiet and some TLC. Got that and more.

I really can't think of anything. I enjoyed the stay. The only thing I thought was missing was more bottled water in the room, but all we had to do was ask for something and we got it. My sister would probably complain about the skeleton key, but I loved it! It added more authenticity to the room and I'm used to using one, so just added fun.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very sumptuous and different every day and they will make it your way if you don't like some of the ingredients. They offer French toast, pancakes, quiches, egg souflee, juice, coffee, yogurt. Breakfast as it should be at a B&B. There is a beach across the street and its within 15 minutes either way from Belfast and Camden. The rooms are spotless. They also offer snacks and cookies for free. Great place.

Mark and Tracy (owner/hosts) were gracious hosts always checking to see that our needs were met. Their attention to detail from check-in, breakfast and check-out was exceptional. The homemade afternoon cookies made by Tracy was definitely a welcome treat.

The breakfast was spectacular. It was a treat to have specialty coffees prepared for us each day. The hosts were gracious and generous. Although the weather wasn't really warm enough to sit on the front porch for very long, the view was beautiful. We loved sitting in the living room - reading, knitting, or doing a bit of work. Snacks were available all day, which was a bonus for us! The nearby lobster shack, recommended by our hosts, served delicious clams and fish & chips! We hope to return sometime!

It was all quite nice.

The breakfast chef is superb and even got us a little to go box when we had to leave early. The general manager is very professional and accomodating.

It took a long time to get hot water in the shower and then it was hard not to have it be too hot. This was in the Captain's Quarters.

Everything about Sprouter Inn was exceptional - location, facilities, superb breakfasts, congeniality, accommodations, you name it. Linda and Mark are excellent and congenial hosts. They have exceeded hospitality standards in every way. At the conclusion of our five night stay we felt like family. Do yourself a favor and book some time with them!

Fantastic B&B located directly opposite Lincolnville Beach. Marc and Linda are superb hosts and could not be more welcoming, offering advice on places to visit as well as delivering delicious breakfasts. There is an honesty bar in the property and two great Lobster Shacks to eat at within a stones through. It's a must stay for anyone doing a New England road trip and we cannot recommend more highly.
