The location is perfect for exploring downtown Camden! They have a nice bar on the roof for guests, with awesome views of the water. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony on the water side. The breakfast was also tasty. This is our 2nd time staying here!

The only downside was the price is a bit high and if you're on the top floor, you can hear people moving chairs and walking around in the rooftop bar until close to 10pm.

The views from the balcony were beautiful and the location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The staff were very helpful and hospitable. The highlight was the fact that they are pet friendly and welcomed our pets with a welcome sign. Not only that, but they provided us with dog bowls, treats, and dog beds in the room.

16 Bay view was in an excellent location to all of the shops and many dining options as well as right near the harbor.Although I did not pay for the higher rooms the balcony we did have was a very nice location to see much of the harbor. We did use the rooftop bar which had an excellent view of the bay. The morning breakfast that was included in the rate was fabulous!

The stay was very nice. If there was anything we did not like was paying for parking because we booked through Bookings.com versus directly through them. The parking was limited due to the Windjammer festival that was going one and we did not want to move our car and possibly lose our space.

Everything was perfect! I booked this hotel as a birthday getaway for my husband and I. I wanted the hotel itself to BE the vacation and it surely was! The location of room 36 was a perfect view of the harbor and the beautiful courtyard below. The parking lot for the restaurants below was even gorgeous at night with stings of lights and wonderful smells as well as the view of the boats reflecting off the water. The bed was amazingly comfortable and no expense was spared in the decor. The fireplace was beautiful and kept the room very warm as the nights were still chilly at the end of May. The bathroom was spectacular. The enormous tub was the only one I've seen that fits my 6'4" tall husband with room to spare. The shower had a rain fall, body spray and wand - and the water pressure was strong enough to fully clear out the conditioner from my incredibly thick hair.

There was one night of cleaning missed, but the hotel staff was very apologetic and attended to every need immediately. They more than made up for the oversight.

Dog friendly and chill…good breakfast, nice room with excellent shower. Friendly, professional and fun staff! Morning coffee on the porch with my dogs overlooking Camden harbor was relaxing and magical. I have stayed there 4 - 5 times and will keep coming back!

Nothing was wrong; even parking was easy, accessible and close to the back entrance of the inn.

Loved the layout of the lobby and the room! Didn’t get a chance to visit the Vintage Room so I can’t speak to that truly.

Just a little tricky to traverse around the outside to the parking when everything is covered in snow and ice but they did their part by salting and shoveling! Great staff.

Perfect location. Walkable to everything. Good size room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Small balcony but beautiful view. Great breakfast. Quiet even though near restaurants. Rooftop restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend this quaint, boutique hotel.

The property was wonderful, just a bit pricey.

Location in proximity to town center and shopping. Rooftop restaurant and staff were wonderful, especially Pip.

Very disappointed in the room location facing an electric grid. Had expected and hoped for a full on water view.

love how pet focused they are. they are an elite level of pet friendly. Our puppy Luna was having surgery and as we live on an island we needed a place to stay her first night post op just in case she had any issues. Luna was treated like royalty and I think she believes 16 Bay View is her second home. The staff treated her by name gave her snuggles and when she was afraid of the elevator moved us to a ground floor room so she didn't have to do the stairs after being spayed. We always travel with our pets and are grateful when we find pet friendly hotels Bay View has set a high bar for all others!

Location can't be beat. Really great breakfast, facilities and service were all top-notch! Room was spacious and the fireplace was delightful. The soaking tub + shower were amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Couldn't find a single thing that was lacking. That's a good problem to have!
