The place was decorated nicely, felt roomy and very clean. The view was beautiful and the bathroom was excellent. One of the lady staff members was super nice and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. Pool was great too, no one was using it while my family was in so we had it all to ourselves, only negative thing about that was that there was a dead frog stuck in one of the filter cavities that lined the pool perimeter which was a little gross...Overall it helped our trip feel like the vacation it was.

Outside of the rooms around the walkway there were giant spiders galore. I tried my best to just quickly get to my room without touching the sides and carefully watched their movements.

The view is amazingly beautiful. The facility is very quiet and peaceful as there aren't any commercial businesses for a mile or so from the property. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of towels as well as soap, shampoo, etc. It had a balcony off of it with two chairs and a small table with access via a sliding glass door and sliding screen door. Internet was good. Breakfast was included and offered bagels, toast, boiled eggs, cereal, make-your-own waffles, juice, muffins, bananas, apples. Property is located just south of Camden off of Hwy 1.

The lighting in the room is a little dim after sundown and could use another lamp or extra lighting such as sconces.

Beautiful view of the bay from our room and balcony. The room was large, neat and clean, and adequately furnished. Please add a couple of lights/lamps in the seating nook for guests to use it as a reading space in the evening/night. The breakfast area had a spectacular view of the bay. The breakfast itself was basic, but not bad. Close to restaurants and a range of sites and activities that mid-coast Maine has to offer. I would certainly go back!

Beautiful view, clean & updated rooms, friendly helpful staff.

Our only concern was that we drive a crew cab silverado and parking spaces are on the short side for this size vehicle. The parking was plentiful but we encounter this concern almost everywhere we go because of the truck size. We were able to tuck it in but we are always conscience of giving others plenty of room. This was not a problem and if we had any difficulty parking it we would have contacted staff for suggestions on getting it taken care of.

Beautiful view, comfortable rooms. Close to everything but still quiet spot. Plenty of room at breakfast, reasonable choices( lots of carbs, including waffles. Protein included boiled eggs and yogurt).

The beds. I know this is difficult-everyone has different desires. These are FIRM mattresses. Other Issues is the platform the queen mattresses are on; looks like 2cot like supports pushed together , and they make quite a bit of noise when moving or getting up.

The view of the bay was nice. The front desk people were nice. Titchen had what we needed. Centrally located for our trip.

The place is in need of updating. It looks like they are trying. There Wes a dehumidifier in the livingroom, which was loud. I had to empty the bucket 3 times because it was full. I suspect they had water damage. The floor in front of the toilet was spongey under your feet. In the defense of the operators, when I told them about this they looked into it and said they were going to "down the room" and address it. Only an outdoor pool, and it was too cold to use No good access to navigable Beach, with wooden stairs that were falling apart and missing the bottom step. A bit pricey for what you got. But, we made the best of it.

Our room didn’t have a view but the property had a great view of the bay. There was a continental breakfast with cold food and tea, coffee and juice. I always appreciate anything extra with the room. The shower was so clean it shined. We could have used a bit more room, but overall we were very pleased with our one night stay.

We had to go from the office, back onto the road to get to our room. The room was a little small. Counter space in the bathroom was minimal.

Nice, Clean & Quiet. You can see the lagoon from your room. The location is perfect. Stuffs are helpful. They allowed us 1 hour extension for check out. It was helpful. We asked for some extra cups it was arranged.

Check out time 10.00 Am is not okay, it's too early. They allowed me1 hour after I request 2 hours more for check out. Check out time should be 12 noon. Breakfast items are not adequate.

View was lovely. Parking my bike right next to the room was VERY helpful. Close proximity to town - just a short ride to dinner.

When enjoying the view I was subjected to the constant drone of the neighboring air conditioners. That very much detracted from the peace and serenity of the otherwise beautiful view of the water. It was enough of an issue that I might consider looking elsewhere next time I am coming through that area.

You can't beat the view from your balcony. We have visited several times, but this time we found they had built on a new office/ breakfast and eating area with an outside patio. Breakfast selections were plenty, even self-serve waffles!

They have a huge grassy area in the back. Maybe have some outdoor activities like a net for volleyball or badminton. Cornhole? The benches are okay, but more Adirondack type chairs would be nice too.
