This was actually our second time staying here while vacationing in Maine. It's such a beautiful and quiet location and they were so accommodating! We were traveling with toddlers who needed their mid-day naps and early check-in was no problem! The iced coffee from the café was great as well and the barista was kind and efficient! You could also see the Breakwater Lighthouse from the room balcony that was just a few minutes drive away! We really enjoyed doing that as well!!! 10/10 would recommend and I hope we'll be back soon to stay again and again!

I was disappointed this time. We booked the king apartment and the cleaning that was done was so bare minimum that my wife spent most of our stay cleaning the room before we could enjoy it. The fridge was gross there was trash left in the garbage area from the last person there was trash and nasty old food under the counters. The silverware holder had dirt all through it. The list gose on. We will definitely be back because we do love and enjoy this motel but my wife was upset she wasn't able to enjoy the jet tube in our room or be able to enjoy the comfort of the hole room where we only had it for one night. Hoping that the next time will be better and we both can enjoy the room.

Loved the view, fair cost, location, and the room was beautiful. Loved the Roku TV option.

No breakfast included. (It’s not that expensive to offer some coffee, bagels, cereal, etc… to guests). There is a Dunkin 3 min away. Some of the vending machines were out of order, and they really need to renovate the bathrooms. I stayed in a sweet and my small apartment has a better shower. .

Breakfast not included. I ate at local cafe - worked great. I could walk to everything. The view from my room was spectacular. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

I think they did fine. This is the level of accommodation I was comfortable obtaining (convenience + price). Didn’t look for fancy or exclusive - that is not me!

We loved the mini suites on the 4th floor with the balconies. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

We were there off season. Parts were closed down. No full time staff at night because of season. But they did have a phone number to call in something was needed. Never had to use it.

I am a smoker and I understand not smoking in the room, I don’t smoke in my home but not not smoking on a balcony was inconvenient. It rained all weekend we had to go downstairs and across the parking lot to smoke on our car. The rooms could also be updated.

It was totally convenient for walking to restaurants.. close to the harbor walking trail /sidewalks which is absolutely stunning. A beautiful view of the harbor and easy to find, would go again.

The smell of the room was a little funky.. we could not find a place for a sit down breakfast.. the the hotel offered coffee, muffins, cakes for a price.

Excellent location for the blues festival. Convenient key box for late arrival. Great communication from the front desk. Staff was very friendly.

Not surprisingly, parking. There are limited spots and there was one person who took up two spots leaving me no spot.

Close to the venue I was there for and close proximity to restaurants.

The room/apartment was set for two people - only two of each dishes and silverware - I think there should be more so didn’t have to wash dishes before could eat again.
