A comfortable and terrific place to stay. The staff was nice and helpful. We could easily walk to everything in town and take long walks through the neighborhoods. The rooms were nice too. Ours was only a partial view of the bay and mostly parking, however. The parking was a little challenging, but talking though it wth the staff made it fine. This is not an inexpensive stay, though. However, the sitting room and really comfy bed made it worth it. Don't miss Natalie's for dinner. The Port of Italy outside of the town center was just okay.

This hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable!! The view from our king suite was awesome with a double balcony which had a view of the harbor and the landing. Great location to downtown and the park with a beautiful waterfall. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to my brother!!

Loved our room and location. It was lovely to look out at the snow covered harbor. We had a warm cozy room with a fireplace. Nice to have our breakfast brought to our room.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in during more than fifty years of traveling. Imagine a superlative and it fits Grand Harbor. Incredible view 40 feet from the bay; luxurious bed and pillows; fireplace in the room; upscale furniture; 10-jet jacuzzi tub, a 6-jet jacuzzi shower, four lighting systems in the bathroom; breakfast served in your room; large balcony over-looking the harbor. Quiet. Incredible staff, esp. Maureen. Ask for Room #2.

This was our favorite place we stayed ! Perfect location right in the middle of everything. Balcony was our favorite. We could watch all the activity with the boats and people. They served breakfast in our room each morning. We will definitely rely be back !!!

We loved everything.

Beautiful Inn right on the waterfront. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Convenient parking in front of the Inn. Walkable to shopping and dining. Nice breakfast to start the day with room service. Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony watching the fishing boats.

Excellent location right in the harbor, so the views were amazing. Walking distance to just about everything. Service was excellent. Breakfast served to my room every morning. Ate breakfast and dinner on the balcony every day! Everything was clean. Shower took a little bit to figure out, but it was certainly top notch! The jacuzzi tub was perfect to soak in after walking around all day. Felt completely safe there while traveling alone. Could not hear other guests at all, but definitely busy outside both during the day and until around 8 at night while restaurants open nearby.

While the breakfast service was much appreciated, the quiche was not that appealing. On the 3rd day, it arrived cold. It is convenient for serving purposes, but I would skip it. Parking is very tight here. Larger vehicles will struggle to get in/out. It is also $15/day to park.

Fantastic suite! It had a lovely living rm with a double sided fireplace so you can enjoy it in the bedroom also. Nice large bedroom and bathroom. Jacuzzi tub and an amazing shower with side jets to massage you. 😁 Balcony was cute but not very private as it overlooked the restaurant (outdoor seating) and had a partial harbor view.

The parking was tricky, couldn't find a spot after we returned from dinner so parked in the lot behind. The girl at the front desk said we would probably be fine leaving it there overnight as it was a rainy night and also Easter weekend. Although the person there in the morning said it could very easily have been towed and that was not something she would have suggested. She refunded the $15 parking fee since we didn't use their parking spots. (Full)
