Very clean, great location! 30 min from Gillette stadium, lots of stuff near by too!

Staff was very rude, questioned me about several things that i’ve never been asked before and acted like i didn’t know what i was doing. Acted like they hated their job, all 3 different employees we spoke too. I’ve traveled a lot and booked a lot of hotels, and Boston has been one of the worst when it comes to friendliness.

NA on breakfast. Had dinner night we arrived. Had nice steak dinner at 9pm (they closed at 10pm). Had not eaten all day as was on a plane from Houston. All staff were exceptional! Would definitely stay here again.

Elevator was not working for one morning on our floor. Able to use other elevator at end of hall. Apparently someone was holding it up -not a repair person. we reported it to the desk.

The size of the rooms and the cleanliness. Also Leena at the reception was extremely helpful in helping me with a room booking at the last minute.

1. Lack of proper dinner facilities, in spite of having a restaurant in the hotel. 2. The design of the hotel, wherein the elevators were in one end of the building instead of bring in the middle.. This required a rather long walk to the room.

The to go breakfast had a nice variety of foods, and the coffee was hot and delicious!

The carpeting in the hallway on the first floor is a major hazard! It’s very rippled and the seams are coming apart in many places. My daughter and I tripped several times, but thankfully didn’t fall. An elderly and or a person with a physical disability or impairment might not fare as well! Hopefully there are plans to replace the carpeting asap!!

Breakfast was excellent. GREAT coffee! Hotel was very clean and new. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location on the map seems far from Salem, but only a 20-30 minute drive which is pretty easy and straight forward.

Please get rid of the feather pillows. My daughter and I are highly allergic as I'm sure many people are. Or offer a synthetic alternative, but to have nothing to offer as an alternative was a disappointment.

The proximity to Boston was good and a great option to pricey downtown Boston hotels. Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. They had a bagel bar with coffee in the lobby every morning, as well as in room coffee makers.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Located close to a huge mall so had plenty of restaurants close by if you have a car. But otherwise not much food options available close by.

Breakfast could have been better. More ready made food options would be nice

The hotel was nice and comfortable despite the currently renovation running on the ground floor. Staff are Friendly and well knowledge on the Front Desk (special thank you for Nick )Room was clean, beds and pillow very comfortable. Location is very close to the shopping center but the hotel is in very calm area what we like the most you can sleep deeply. We liked so much our stay with the family and will rebook again when visiting Boston.

We were welcomed by the staff even though it was closed due to the storm they had which left them with no power. They made us stay for the night and were very apologetic.

The room was extremely clean, the towels super plush, and the darkening shade was very helpful in getting a good night's sleep!

The swimming pool was closed for renovation. It would have been awesome to have a hot tub or sauna in this hotel!
