The entire room was very clean. And the bed was a little soft, but still comfortable for this old lady. The entire staff is on board and very nice. They will go out of their way to make your visit a happy one!

Last time I was here (3 weeks in Dec), my room had a microwave, refrigerator, a dresser, and a coffee pot. This time the room had a bed, small table and chair, and a TV. The end. That was my only disappointment. I get up early (2am) and am on the road usually by 3am... but in order for me to have my coffee, I had to walk to another area of the hotel to use the community microwave to heart up water for my coffee. I think I will go back to bringing my own coffee pot again. It's an easy solution to a minor problem.

Everything went very well! The check in was easy, the front desk clerks were awesome. The room was clean and very spacious, The beds were very comfortable, and the room had everything that I needed - coffee pot, cups, micro, fridge.

Spacious rooms, well furnished and excellent shower setup. The environment is very scenic and quiet, idea for people who want to have a good rest.

No breakfast...provide a station with coffee..but no disposable coffee cups to take it with.

Room was big and clean. Quiet and private. Nice tv and air conditioning.

Would prefer a room with a fridge but that may be my fault when I booked the room. They have an ice machine so I brought a cooler. The vending machine with the dinners should be stocked more often.

Staff was excellent, provided great service and very friendly!location to reastraunts,stores and historical sites is fabulous the pool was nicely heated and clean

There was a hole in the wall where one of the ends of the shower rod goes so the rod wasn't straight to hold curtain up, the ice machine was broken.

I loved the staff...very nice and accommodating (even when looking for luggage carts). The room (209) was very large and clean! The king size bed was very comfortable, and my 3 day stay was very peaceful and pleasant. I will go back there again.

Toilet seat very loose and slides around, no fridge or microwave in room, and no luggage carts to be found. I am a sr citizen, disabled, and was on 2nd fl...had to go up and down, in and out 3 times to bring my things to the room and then back out again. Not the employees fault...the guests took the carts and kept them in their rooms.

that it was so well located, the price was good for what we got, it was just right and if we come back to Salem we definitely staying in there. is too close to Salem attractions, to the gas station and to a food store this just rocks !

house keeping, was told by housekeeping that I need to go to front desk to be placed on list for them to come freshen up the room and fresh towels, was placed on list but no freshen up, manager said they are only allowed if staying 7 days or more!
