Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast had many options (waffles, pastries, cereal, oatmeal, eggs and sausage, fruit, juice, coffee, milk) and was very convenient (Weekdays 6-9am, Weekends 7-10am). Daily, we drove to the Quincy-Adams "T" train station parking garage (8 min away) and rode the Red Line into the city (~20 min)--very easy. The staff was kind and helpful with all requests we had. Parking was free and plentiful. The hotel was a great value.

Breakfast needed more staffing. Regularly, the waffle batter ran out, forks and knives ran out, and the common tables were not cleaned very quickly. All the issues were resolved by staff, but not very quickly. Additionally, the bathrooms in the hotel rooms were very small with almost no clearance between fixtures (a challenge when bathing and toileting small children)--when the door swung open, it almost touched the sink, toilet, and shower.

Nice hotel and a better hotel experience than one might normally expect at this brand.

Somehow, in all their meticulous cleaning, landscaping, and customer service, they have neglected their American flag. It is tattered and needs to be retired, with honor. Please, have a flag ceremony, retire the old with honor, and invest in a new flag. Your hotel is like the Statue of Liberty in action. Honor your property and your workers with a new flag!

Overall comfort inn is a value for money, easy to locate was just right on the highway. Good services and staff were really helpful. However a withholding of ones $50 for 7-14days after checking out is what I really don't understand though.

The worst experience was window curtains. The heavy drapes don’t fully cover the window. The outside floodlights blare into customers face. Why they have drapes that’s dysfunctional? Please install drapes that block entire outside lights. My night was horrible due to lights shining on my face. I was in room 248

My only issue is with breakfast. At 10:00. When you’re in line behind someone, they come in, start taking away food, lock up the fridge and take away the waffle mix. I understand that there needs to be a cutoff, but perhaps build in a 15 minute buffer for those in line.

Our room was very nice with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area again.

The smoke alarms / fire alarm went off around 11:00 p.m. it was deafening and took awhile for it to be turned off. We never knew what the problem was, but fortunately everyone was safe.

The man at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The hotel crew overall were also very pleasant. The hallways and our room were very clean, looked and smelled fresh.

Fantastic selection for breakfast -- actually included scrambled eggs and bacon (or sausage, depends on the day) which marks the first such offering I've seen since The Current Events started. The room was tidy and the bathroom was well-designed. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The public bathroom near the entrance is strangely upscale and well-kept?

Really minor stuff, but if you must know: exiting the property to return to the highway is kind of a pain in the butt as the street the property is connected to is divided by a median. Our AC's normal operation was loud, but ultimately not intrusively so. The elevator closest the lobby is painfully slow-- I ended up taking the stairs exclusively after the first ride. Bear in mind that these are not things that should horribly impact most travelers.

The Staff made the stay something special The manager Kanny and all the reception and restaurant staff were very helpful, providing great services with a wonderful and friendly attitude. I would recommend and hope to stay there again. Thank you all! Maria Angelica Harvey
