Great proximity to shop at the outlet mall and were happy to have an attached restaurant to the hotel. We didn't want to drive anywhere else. I have allergies and am grateful they have a no pet policy. Front desk really accommodated us at check in with timing, floor request and help with TV remote. The breakfast was good. Very fresh fruit.

Room was a bit tight and the pool tile could use more cleaning or it's old. We'd stay again!

The room was clean and very comfortable I loved the fact that it had a restaurant attached and the Menu We're in the room upon checking in. The front desk staff were very nice and the hot Breakfast option was a plus.

The only complaints that I did not like about the hotel were. it was close to the interstate and if you have a room facing the interstate you hear all of the traffic. And the room had no microwave so having to go down to the kitchen area where they serve breakfast just to warm up some food late at night or mid-day it's a bit of an inconvenience I would suggest that if it is in their budget to put microwaves in the rooms. It would probably make for a lot of happy guests also not sure if it was just my room but the bed was a bit lumpy and slumped in the middle.

The microwave -- stationed too low for disabled & seniors and the wattage is that for a college dorm. It took 5 min to heat up food that should have taken 2-3 mins. If you have others heating up their leftovers it becomes a nightmare. The Breakfast offering of pork sausage is not for everyone, perhaps some turkey bacon or sausage. The hot tub was nice but the water was not hot enough, it could have been 10 degrees hotter for a more relaxing soak.Several people complained about it but we noticed no change or concern. We never used it again for this reason. I think if the customer gets out the hot tub & walk down the hall wet to say it's not hot enough,then accommodations of some sort should be made. No one even attempted.

Everything was great: stuff were nice, room clean, beds comfortable, pool and Jacuzzi pleasant.

It would be nice if there was a microwave in the room(it was still OK we were close to the dinning room). Little disappointment in the morning I could not take a swim because of pool cleaning. But, of course understandably pool needs to be clean sometimes, it was just our bad luck.

Didn't see the instructions or instruments for the hot tub anywhere near the tub. So thought it was broken. It wasn't until the next morning that I saw the dials etc on the opposite wall in the room. It would of been nice if a sign or something directed us to it. Also the phone didn't have room service labelled on it. Also couldn't smart cast from the phone or tablet to the TV. Also couldn't even get access to the TV guide.

Pool room was nice and clean, towels were stocked. Room was very clean! Breakfast was much better than we've had at other local hotels so that was a plus. The staff working was constantly restocking everything and keeping up with all the people very well!!

That the hot tub was out of service. The lighting in the rooms could have been better, was pretty dark even with all the lights on.

Nice staff, clean rooms, good location if you have a car.

The pool was crowded with loud kids, so we had to skip that. Might be good for families but we are a couple that just wants to relax at/in the pool, so this was definitely not possible.

great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, nice pool , nice hot tub, great breakfast, loved having coffee available 24/7.

The breakfast location was good. Appreciate the extra tables in the lobby, as it was very crowded. The lady that took care of the breakfast worked extremely hard and was very pleasant.

Breakfast. Waffle maker didn't work well, and there was always a line. Maybe a little more variety with the pastries.

we rented strictly for the pool & hot tub. The pool was rather chilly, hot tub was perfect.
