Truthfully, i was almost late for breakfast and there wasnt much left. Lynn went above and beyond to feed me and my friends breakfast. She provided some sausage links, fench toast sticks, eggs, and many pastries. The room was amazing, honestly the nicest hotel ive ever stayed at, i will be returning. The front desk staff was beyond courteous, and extremely accommodating. 10/10 location! Great job!

More linens for the bathroom was needed. The front desk gave me everything i needed, just seemed like there wasn't enough linens in the room. Didnt have the bedding set for the sofa bed in the room, but again, the front desk got me everything i needed.

The location is great, right next to the freeway and grocery store. The employees are all really friendly and helpful. We were surprised to see a pool, there wasn't one last time we stayed there.

The water shoots out the opening in the shower and gets all over the floor. In our room, the edge of the carpeting was frayed and the tack strip was sticking out.

The room itself was very clean and presented well upon arrival. The shower was spotless -down to the drain spotless. The bed looked and smelled clean and was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge and clean. The TV mount swivel was super convenient…and a huge bonus was the option to temporarily log into my Netflix account. The room’s kitchen area was a huge help with our leftovers from dinner and our beverages. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool/hot tub area was clean and spacious.

The bathroom light was connected to a motion sensor, for convenience, but the light continued to turn on all night randomly which disrupted our sleep tremendously, we ended up just closing the bathroom door. Other than a short on the motion sensor, I have no complaints about the room or property.

Staff was nice and room was very nice.

Breakfast didn't have a variety of foods but was ok and muffin had some mold on it. The big issue was the pool had way to much chlorine that took days for us to feel better. Nose burns and eye burning feeling and skin itchy and we all had a bad cough I didn't get in the pool at all due to hard time breathing in that pool room. two of my kids took a long time to feel better was tempted to take them to the hospital for inhaling that chlorine for so long. All other guest during our stay also complained of hard time breathing and nose burning and skin irritations too from the pool.

It was set back off the road and only shared a parking lot with one other hotel. So it wasn’t surrounded by a bunch of other businesses or noisiness. Plenty of room to park

The kitchenette was fabulous, the shower in my king size bed, breaking was was fabulous with lots of choices. I loved that coffee and hot tea and ice water was available 24/7 in the comfy lobby. Also the outdoor area w fire pit was a fab surprise!!

When I entered my room it was very hot 79 degrees, I tried to turn down but no instructions and could not figure out how to turn off heat, or just have the fan, or time. Simple instructions would be useful. That was it! It was great!

We were on the first floor and had a toddler running above us and was still going on at 11pm. Made front desk aware and never heard another sound. Found out they moved them to the first floor. Large variety for breakfast choices. All staff friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again!

All equipment and plumbing worked well including good AC. Great refrigerator with freezer and microwave. Hot tub was nice.

Pool area had a slippery floor (dangerous). More than one fruit would have been nice with breakfast.

The floor wasn't vacuumed I went and got a vacuum and did it myself ....didn't like being charged 20 a day for incidentals it was separate so it better not be on my card and the chair in our room was filthy

Staff at front desk did minimal work. not much of a greeting, didn’t inform us about breakfast, location of room or easiest way to get there…I guess we are used to hospitality and being welcomed to a hotel as a guest.
