This place is amazing. We absolutely loved the staff. They were so helpful and friendly. Always had a smile on their faces. The rooms were clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Also, they are pet friendly, which was a huge plus for us. They have a pool (it was broken when we arrived but got fixed during our stay and we were able to use it). Our kids loved the pool. Overall, the hotel was very clean and quiet, and we felt safe there! Special shout out to Jack and Connor for going above and beyond for our little family.

The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. It was the same thing every day (we stayed for 10 days) and didn't taste very good (especially the eggs and sausages). The bar was not fully stocked, but that was not a deal breaker. :)

Was clean and nice. Would’ve liked more of a selection for breakfast for instance little quiche, different yogurts and more options for fruit and containers options for taking things back to room to eat. Loved the location and atmosphere.

I found a Hersey’s kiss candy under my couch so I don’t think room cleaned as well as it could be. This was after we had to move rooms with myself and 2 toddlers because original room was not cleaned at all. The staff were very accommodating in making the situation right. The pool tasted like it was salt water and we were all itchy after swimming.

Plenty of places to eat within 2 blocks and stores for anything you may have forgotten. The room was very spacious, but a small table would have been nice to play cards and eat pizza at.. . The bathoom and huge glass enclosed shower was great and plenty of hot water! I had out patient surgery and had to be at the hospital at 530am. We were back to the hotel by 1030 and checked to see if there was anything left from breakfast( coffee or a bagel) everything had been put away. The man behind the desk offered to go get me something from the kitchen. I had stuff in our room to snack on but he was so kind!

We had read reviews that made it sound like there would be more to offer for breakfast. Im diabetic and need more protein than carbs. Only thing I could find that had protein was a hard boiled egg and bagels with peanut butter or cream cheese. Everything was good though, they have a waffle maker and big pot of yummy oatmeal. There wasnt really anything we didnt like! 🙂

•Great location! •Beds & free continental breakfast not the best. •Half sized pillows - ridiculous •Definitely needs a hot tub •No variety of sugar-free coffee creams along with only having dark hot chocolate-definitely needs milk chocolate as well! •Poor woman working to keep everything refilled couldn’t keep up which made everyone’s wait twice as long!

I enjoy everything about this hotel. My TV stopped working after the 3rd day, could of been because of storms the night before. Called down to front desk and the friendly and awesome Kyle politely checked a couple spare rooms to which their TVS were working. Kyle offered to help me switch to a different room or offer me with special points. I changed rooms and 5 minutes later Kyle was at my door with different room cards. He also offered to help me transfer my luggage to the new room. Great service as always.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

I loved my room! Spacious and comfortable. The hotel was clean, no funny smells walking to our room. The ice machine was clean and free of buildup! The bed was a little hard for me but my husband loved it.

The Hotel computer was down when we arrived, it took over an hour to get checked-in after a long drive. We were only offered a bottle of water. We were tired and hungry. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were wet and cold, sausage was rubbery, yogurt was poured into a bowl and looked like vomit and was played with by a unsupervised kid. I grabbed a bagel and called it a day.

We were very impressed with our room. It included a king size bed plus a sofa bed with a buit-in chaise lounge. The room finishes were very nice. We were surprised at the quality amenities for the low price we paid. The room was conveniently located near the highway. Many great restaurants were nearby. We enjoyed dinner at Cindy's Restaurant, which was just across the parking lot from the hotel. The area felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent as it is close to Holland, Grand Rapids, and not far from Grand Haven and South Haven. The surroundings are great as you have local supermarkets, Target, Costco, and also plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The amount of food for breakfast could be improved. If you wait until the end of breakfast time and the hotel is fully booked, you might not find as many options to choose from.

The room was spacious and very clean. Parking was easy and the hotel was very quiet. It was close to the expressway.

The air conditioner was very loud. I wish there were usb charging ports on the bedside table. The gym and pool closed very early so we were never able to use them. Breakfast wasn’t available one day due to a kitchen problem. I was there with my family of teenagers and so breakfast was important to the budget. They would only reimburse us $10 (which they ended up forgetting to do). Going out ended up Costing us a lot more than we budgeted for.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Grand Rapids, without being right in GR. Building is newer, everything was clean, room was good size, shower had good water pressure and fast drain, great location, indoor pool, workout room, good breakfast bar, easy access to main roads.

Room door is noisy, bathroom door is very close to toilet (small bathroom floor space), no microwave in the room (but had microwave available in breakfast area).
